Hello world, I'm CommodoreX and I have such a toxic relationship with this game.

I'll pick it up every now and then, have fun for a couple days, then be locked into hell where the Survivors always bring meta perks to a Survivor-sided map and the Killers always bleed you out on the floor as the top-tiers.

The game's greedy monetization is depressing, with extreme pay 2 win elements. Strictly speaking, you are at a competitive disadvantage if you don't buy the DLCs.

The game's got so many bugs I need to call pest control after every session. The spaghetti code in this game is abysmal and inexplicable, sometimes adding or tweaking one thing will affect something completely unrelated from several years prior and require weeks of complaints to get fixed.

The game's balance is unbearable, the developers are too focused on adding new content to fix any of the old content and it shows. New gamemodes and seasonal DLC drops only serve to distract players from the underlying issues.

Hackers and cheaters are abundant despite the easy anti-cheat, the developers have put in place no checks to notice "Hey why is this character flying/teleporting around the map? Why are they moving at 50x speed?"

I could barely recommend this game if it were free, charging $20-30 on top of everything else is far too much.

I queued up into a private lobby with a couple friends and played the mexican restaurant level, where I immediately spent ALL of our life savings on crates upon crates of avocados. Also we accidentally burned down the whole kitchen.

Overall an 8/10 experience, I'd like more levels and maybe the physics can be tweaked slightly
