Yes, it wasn't fair for him to back out of the trade, especially after he affirmed his interest upon being asked, but why do you want the game codes now if they did not interest you to start off with? It would have been best to notify me of the outcome via Steam's chat feature as soon as the outcome was apparent; did he turn down an offer of yours recently?
