Every time you want to give up - don't. At first, I thought this game's controls were intentionally designed to be god awful and success would only come to those who got lucky - trial and error, no skill. I was wrong. Over time, you get a sense of your jumps. An image of the curve that your jump might take starts to form right before your very eyes, and gets stronger the more you play. That's when you'll start having fun, and yes, get the babe at the top. What a game.

I'd spend a hundred dollars to play this game. The combination of the brilliantly executed cyberpunk atmosphere complete with lush pixel art and amazing sound design and music and the legendary, novel-like narrative unlike any other make this game worth your time and money. If you are on the fence, the most valuable advice I can give you at this moment is to purchase and play The Red Strings Club. You won't regret it.

Fun item collecting
Challenging but not too hard
Random generation ensures you never get the same cave twice
Awesome boss fights
Super cheap!

Cons:
Controls take some getting used to on keyboard
Random generation means occasional inacsessible areas

Really good game.

After playing for around 10 hours, i've come to find that this game is ultimately hooh. The only sliver of fun i've gleaned from this waste of time was when i played engineer. If valve were to make a TF2 engineer only mode, or even a seperate engineer inspired game, THEN, and only then would i be happy. Save yourself some time and skip this one, Thanks. -Cresickle
