The charming graphics and pleasant gameplay at the start give way to repetitive uninteresting gameplay by the mid to late game (Jungle and beyond). The story became incredibly sparse as the game went on and it wasn't gripping enough to keep my attention.

The game crashed during a particularly cheesy boss so I uninstalled and won't be looking back.

A cute little story game with mild puzzle elements that is a game I would solidly describe as "Art". A recommended play for anyone that wants to play something that evokes emotions games usually don't provide, and who wants to enjoy some of the most beautiful background scenery available in gaming. I'd describe this as a painting in motion.

This game is exactly what I want out of a space exploration game. Sound, visuals, gameplay, are all fantastic.

A short but sweet puzzle game that you can play with a friend. It's an interesting game that surprisingly requires no internet connection to play with each other, as long as you both have it installed already.

I strongly suggest following the advice and not screen looking at the other player's screen.

I wanted to like this game, being a fan of games in the city builder genre. But this game has mechanics that are too shallow and too much micromanagement for it's depth.

If you're a huge RTS fan this may satisfy an itch, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who want a city builder type game.

I picked up this game initially for the retro graphics and stayed for the gameplay. The sound and art design are incredible. The gameplay is fun and immersive. Enough to keep you occupied for up to 70 hours if you play through without a wiki or purchasing too much from vendors.

There is also a story running through the game which gives the game a definitive ending if you dislike too open ended experiences, although you are under no pressure to actually finish it.

I do not recommend using the Wiki too much when playing this game. The alchemy mechanic has also been updated recently and is now possible to do without looking up recipies.

If you liked the Ace Attourney series or you want to try being a bird lawyer in a visual novel then I recommend this.

This visual novel is witty, funny, interesting and exciting. The story is engaging and the characters are fun. And unlike most other VNs it isn't full of anime tropes.
