Dota 2. Where to begin

First off, The learning curve is quite something to behold, Sure you might get your fair share of Boosters of Smurfs playing with you in the beginning but it still doesn't take away from the experience of learning and playing your first dota match. Things feel off when you have so many things to think about, where to go, when to right click to last hit, what buttons to map to which abilities but it's the thrill of a team fight that keeps you coming back for me, or the thrill of picking off someone with say a Pudge hook, The Feeling can't be replicated.

As you get further into the game your time with Smurfs or Boosters will decrease rapidly, People would rather not boost an account at such a level where they might be brought to Divine and get absolutely destroyed when they come back to their account. As you learn the game, you learn more strategies and from there you learn more about how your opponent thinks and how to play accordingly. I'm currently...quite a few hours into the game and I can't see myself putting it down for a very long time.

If you want a game which rewards you for taking time to learn it? Play Dota 2, Mute everyone but your friends at first because sometimes the community can be a bit...iffy. But it is definitely worth the risk because other people are fantastic to play with.

8/10- Maybe with a Less Toxic Community it can be a bit higher but as it stands? Brilliant game with no idea what your going to be facing next.

I cannot stress how well this game is.

The animation is incredible, they've taken the time to think about every angle and even though it may be shorter than expected its DEFINETLY my number 1 Single player game I have completed to date.

Heres hoping for Hat in Time 2 Some point in the future!
