April 2024 Update: Unfortunately I can't in good conscious recommend you play CS2 in its current state. From the frequent crashing and general stuttering some people have, on average most people are experiencing a MINIMUM of 2 cheaters PER GAME. Which is unacceptable for a comp game like CS.

Seen a streamer keep a log...in 11 games he found 61 spinbotters. That's an average of 5-6 cheaters per match.

The only way to reasonably play this game now is to queue on the 3rd party Faceit platform, which I would not recommend for a new player.
