Great modpack, represents Australia very nicely with an incredible soundtrack.
All voicovers are still covered by Sean Bean so props for consitency.
The scenario included was one of the more challenging scenarios and also extremely entertaining.

In regards to mac/linux users experiencing issues, the developers have commented on various social media platforms to inform the community that they are working on it. IF YOU DID NOT CHECK SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, IT IS YOUR FAULT .
The system requirements specifically state the minimum OS as Windows 7x64 / Windows 8.1x64 / Windows 10x64. Not Mac, Not Linux.

Great game, slightly although I would rather it as an expansion, the discount was good enough for me. There's no way I can go back to the previous game, or rather no reason to.

There are still some bugs in play, however I am running a rather abnormal setup (triple screen AMD eyefinity), and said bugs are likely caused by me, hopefully they are patched soon.

This review is not to diss starcraft, however Planetary Annihilation is the nonsensical hyperactive twice removed brother of Blizzard's big hit RTS.

If you have had any past experience playing PA's predacessors (mainly Total Annihilation), PA is a game true to it's family roots and perfectly improves upon Total Annihilation.

As a warning, you will need a high end gaming computer in order to run this game and have a good time whist doing so.

This game has given me faith as to the future of LOTR games. The past ones (in my opinion) have been terrible, and this is finally a well deserved revival.

Shadow of Mordor makes use of the expansive world of Middle Earth, and maintains a strong and entertaining storyline, whilst not piggybacking off any of the books (or movies).

For comparison, Shadow of Mordor is a beautiful clash of Dark Souls, Assassin's Creed and Mortal Kombat.
Explained, SOM contains the tough bosses and minions, along with the fighting style of Dark Souls, the parkour and attack opportunities of Assassin's Creed and the brutality and gore of Mortal Kombat.

Some things which are extremely notable are as follows:

+ Amazing soundtrack
+ Movie-grade voiceacting
+ Graphics which are on par with Battlefield 4
+ Does NOT require a massive gaming rig to play
+ Days of gametime in which a sprawling story unique to the player develops

I honestly can't list all the positives.

I personally can say that the new $50 pricetag is a VERY good deal for a VERY good game.
