I give the game a 9/10.

As a Civ fan since Civ III I can tell you that things have changed drastically over the years. Most of the changes are for the best interests of the gamer. Civilization V brings quite a bit of gameplay to the table that allows hours and hours of play. Choosing your civilzation and playing through the many eras of the game is a different experience with each change in leaders, map options, victory conditions, and much more. The community is extremely involved in this game and there are many mods that can add more and more play time to your experience. If you want to play competatively and fight other users in a huge online epoc of destruction or simply want to create the largest empire ever made in a single player game, you have the content available to you to get the most gameplay for your money. The posibilites are endless.

I give this game a 6.5/10.

PROS: As my only Submarine simulator in my inventory, I will say my first impressions with this game were very good. I got hooked on sailing the pacific ocean, stalking my enemy before destroying their ships and forcing them to the bottom of the sea. Learning how to use the crew, their watch schedule and rotation, and watching them get promoted and recieve awards for their actions was the most satisfying part of this game for me. Each submarine performs differently and the missions you recieve can have very tense moments that had me sweating.

CONS: This game is not very well optimized and using time acceleration can be very dangerous as enemy ships and planes will appear of out no where and sink your ship. Also, after hours of gameplay all of my save files suddenly became corrupt and I am completely unable to play the game now. I would look into what went wrong, but I am playing other games now.

If the game had been fixed at some point during it's life then I have no doubt it would be one of the best Submarine games on the market.

If you are interested in this game, buy it when it is on sale and have fun. Just be warned that there are many problems that may make your experience aggravating.

If you are very bored, play this game and turn on Text to Voice.
I feel as if NASA spent a bunch of money on a game where most people play just to troll and do really really dumb stuff.
At least it's free.

I give this game a score of 8.8/10.

The visual effects can take some time to get used to but are very well implemented into the game.
The gameplay is amazing and smooth.
The story line is thrilling and intense and each mission will always leave you wanting to play more.
Unfortunately the game ends at some point as do all games and the replay value is mediocre at best.
I played online a few times and it seemed well built and gives the user much more play time.
