Be me, spending money on a game I've already owned:

>Me: "Hey Rockstar I loved playing Red Dead 2 on ps4 so I'm going to buy it on PC seeing as I no longer have my ps4"
>Rockstar: "Great stuff, we love money. Just remember you need our launcher to play the game."
>Me: "Uhm... Okay sure no problem. I can live with that."
>Launcher doesn't work and I can't play the game
>Me: "Hey Rockstar, your launcher doesn't work can you help me?"
>Rockstar: "How about no, you've got the internet for that."
>Me: "Uhm... I really love cowboys so why not."
>30 Minutes to an hour of searching for a solution. But get it working.
>Launcher now working but game doesn't
>Me: "Hey Rockstar, I fixed the launcher now how do I fix the game."
>Rockstar: "Oh we don't know but the internet will."
>Me: "Uhm... Okay sure... For Arthur..."
>After 30 more minutes, find a solution.
>Game launches in all its glory. Excitement builds
>Check Red Dead Online. Ps4 file there, but not usable
>Me: "Hey Rockstar, can I maybe get my file that I spent real world currency on and a couple hundred hours in?"
>Rockstar: "Sure, if you don't mind paying the migration fee."
>Me: "The what now?"
>Rockstar: "Yeah, we know you love our product so much that you bought it a second time. We know that you loved our product to spend real world money on it, so what's a small migration fee really?"
>Me: "Yeah I don't think so... That seems a little unfair to me."
>Rockstar: "Yeah sorry pal, then I can't help you."
>Me: "Well then I guess I'm refunding your product."
>Rockstar: "Sure you do what you think is best pal."

10/10 Best troll experience from Rockstar ever.
