Not only do i currently have 83+ hours on steam playing this amazing game, i have multiple playthroughs on the PS4 Base console version which changing from PS4 to PC was clearly Night and day, yes yes i know the worst thing to play it on... not really after following the game for years since its reveal trailer and watching all the new content for the game slowly coming out the slogan 'its ready when its ready' didn't fall though , although it would be perfect if the game had no bugs unfortunately its still buggy to this day but it is 10x better than it was on release with only minor bugs left on PC, Personally i didn't see any game breaking bugs on PS4 just some non rendering buildings or t-posing npcs or even graphical bugs but for PC i haven't found many apart from the lack of crowds or some things not loading properly. There's huge games that also have bugs like Fallout, Farcry 6, Battlefield or Assassins Creed Unity yet some of these games still have a huge playerbase and they enjoy it, games like Skyrim and fallout have probably kept afloat with its modding scene and wouldn't be surprised if it was the same with cyberpunk, having mods allows the community that love the game to make it better and add things in the game that should be vanilla like un-selecting missions, having a usable metro station, more customisation to clothing or giving yourself cyber legs or metal skin and the list goes on. This isn't a 10/10 game but for me its close, if you can look past the bugs and some of its flaws like bad driving controls, life path doesn't do much apart from extra lore and non existent vehicle combat apart from scripted events. it has amazing world building with factions that have their own lore and buildings that represent the factions like the Voodoo Boys that live in an abandoned region and uncover the secrets of the old net or Maelstrom who are addicted to cyberware and implants who like to experiment with themselves and other people. Cyberpunks multiple play styles, the large amount of content with its side missions and secrets is amazing but not only with the game that's amazing but the extension of the edge-runners show with its great story and its upcoming expansion, The Phantom liberty DLC that's coming soon which is meant to be a complete overhaul to the game which will include things like vehicle combat, better skill tree and better overall feel. Would i recommend this game, absolutely, i would suggest modding maybe after your first playthrough but just do what you want in this world, Projekt Red makes it so you can do what you want whether that's being a cyber ninja that lurks in the shadows and makes the enemy's combust with net hacks or a strong weapon holder that can decapitate most enemy's with a few well place shots to the head. Even with its problems i still love the game and hope you do to.
