UPD: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, APPARENTLY IT BANS YOU FOR PLAYING IT
I got banned for 7 days, some people get banned for decades... Reason? They won't tell you, aside from buying Willy's jeeps I can't even think of anything remotely wrong I could do. As far as I know they can ban you for doing wrong races, upgrading wrong perks or downloading wrong paintjobs. YES, IT ISN'T OUR FUСKUP, YOU ARE PLAYING IT WRONG.

This game is about everything... Except racing
Im sure those fat red haired chicks will be happy to see inclusive prosthetic arms and legs and oh God the pronouns...
But they won't play your game. People who play the game drive cars. And this is what they got:
>Guardrails you can break. This must be some kind of a joke, you break them at the speed of 30kph!!!! Do you know what guardrails are supposed to do? They are supposed to prevent you from falling out of the road. Well, not in THIS game
>Small boulders that you can barely see pop out from the ground and stop you almost immediately. The opposite side of guardrails situation, these boulders do their job too well for what they are.
>Still same dumb AI. Same AI that feels like it was borrowed from ridge racer unbounded. Or carmageddon. I think you get my point.
>Prioritizing EVERYTHING over racing. This game will set your waypoint on some dumb crаp like new house and you won't be able to change it till you visit it. Can I just do racing in my racing game? I don't give a sh17 about player houses, this is not gta online.
>Unbearable cutscenes and voicelines. It is more than annoying. I don't wanna listen anything, I don't wanna watch any inclusive non-binary POC characters talking to each other with forced reactions. I want. To. Race. I've been playing this torture of a game since part 3, there is NO story, this is a game about CARS. So WHY should I listen to all those empty words? Because someone made a dumb decision and hired voice actors and animators to make it?
>Same garbage servers that crash constantly and disconnect you from your friends.
>Cars randomly stop. During freeroam and races. That is something I never had and I've been playing 2 previous parts of FH.

At this point I see what is more important - making a good racing game or licking as many boots as possible. Don't waste your money on this

If you think of it as Subnautica 2 - please don't. It is barely Subnautica 0.75
Its still a great game, but nonetheless its a downgrade from the first part. First I will explain why:
1) Cyclops removed. Not only it was an amazing and immersive vehicle to operate, it had a very game-changing ability - you could build things inside it. I had never experienced storage shortages, I could always have fresh grown food. Not with seatruck - a failed hybrid between seamoth and cyclops. Why failed? You can only store as much items with storage module as devs allow you to. A massive downgrade it is. I can't even have battery chargers on board, and I had them on cyclops! When you dock your truck, the modules are disconnecting, so charging the truck is a fatiguing multistep task that is complicated for no reason. And if you have an incorrect angle, you can't even access your modules before aligning seatruck horizontally.
2) Materials. Whatever happened with materials with this game - it went wrong. I have a few lockers full of diamons and kyanite, yet I am struggling with getting a SINGLE PIECE of lead. Not only it's available in rather rare Galena Outcrops, the chance that you get lead from them is not 100% I am forced to do an excessive mining and collect over 10 lockers of minerals just so I can craft some basic stuff.
3) Landscapes feel more restrictive. Like you're trapped on a rather small territory to play, something I've never felt playing the Subnautica.
I also want to mention a few bugs and just irritating things I've encountered:
1) Once I died, respawned inside an inclined seatruck and when I escaped I was able to walk underwater with no oxygen needed.
2) I'd like to see a native warning checkbox to enable and disable them.
3) I don't want to name my lockers in a seatruck storage module, I want to access my storage. This panel that you almost always accidentally hit is annoying and must be removed.
4) Things I mentioned about seatruck's charging, a reworked moonpool maybe?

I am really looking forward to new updates and hope at least something I mentioned will be fixed. It has the Subnautica charm and can easily become better with fixing some small issues it has

Just a game-sized dlc for the first game. Nothing fixed, nothing improved.
Camera is still your worst enemy.
Changing focus between enemies works awful and will never help you when you need it, levels are designed in such way there are many spots where camera can go through the wall or just start hysterically spinning, distracting you as hard as possible. It is a major problem in multi-enemy or boss fights.
Level design.
I really liked the 1st nioh atmosphere and I thought nioh2 will also be good. Somehow they made it worse, it doesn't feel as atmospheric as first part. There is also such thing as "too much" when it comes to yokai realms. There are also many broken parts, such as too big barricade hitboxes or no hitboxes for stalactites in caves. Bossfights can glitch, as example everyone's favorite Gyuki who can submerge himself into the wall. Etc etc etc...
Also yes, the design is very linear, no improvements from the first nioh, at all
Graphics.
JFC I BEG YOU let me disable ALL of these effects, I don't want them low, I want them gone. I can barely see wtf am I doing thanks to the rainbow puke of particles from literally my every movement.
Combat.
Well, I won't say much considering this is probably the best combat in souls-like games. But it is far from perfect. Avoiding ki break by yokai attack should not be a thing. Many completely useless attacks can be earned in skill tree, mostly because they are so long you will be attacked without an ability to stop it and react. Yokai shift is a joke, very hard to obtain, really short, almost no damage.
Enemies.
Yes, thank you for bringing Tengu back, everyone sure loves him. To be serious, Gaki is the worst designed enemy in the entire game. Its only purpose is to be annoying. And throwing a bunch of them on an every location just makes the whole game process less pleasant and more irritating. You won't fight them all simultaneously, because you know, one will eat another, so you will have to run away and beat them one by one. Can I just go forward already?
Conclusion.
Please don't think I am some kind of rеtаrd who can't hold a controller, I beat many bosses first try and honestly really want to become better at this game. But I can't really beat all this irritation accumulating from broken camera, flashy effects and unnecessary annoying enemies just to keep you busy. And I am really disappointed in nioh 2 not only not being an upgrade from nioh, but rather being a downgrade, both in its atmosphere and mechanics.
At least let people disable effects completely and fix the camera, the game will become 10 times better
upd: beat the main story. Now everything oneshots me. Whoever thought this is a good idea, I hope you will get fired.

This is a good game and I am sure want to recommend it. Still, there are some drawbacks I want to mention:
First of all, it's the game length. It is short, 10 hours to complete and this is considering me wandering around a lot. I heard the story can be completed within an hour.
Then, the gameplay. I feel sorry for people who will try to play this game from anything but mouse. Just don't. This game requires LOTS of quick camera movement and otherwise will only bring you stress. Here I want to say this game has same problems Mirror's edge does. You can miss the rail while being right on it, stuck inside a wall, jump over instead of killing, miss the hook etc. Plenty of options create plenty of errors, some of them are your fault, some of them are not. And it might be rather frustrating in a game when you have only 1hp.
While it is still gameplay related, I want to mention separately some bad level designs, mostly in the end. I won't talk about the story's end, I just wanna say final levels and especially the ending have disappointing amount of overused patterns. Also the sole purpose of cybervoid is to stretch the game since it is just puzzle solving.
So, in conclusion, I really enjoyed this game, but it begs to have part 2. The gameplay is awesome, yet bottlenecked by some level design flaws and overall shortness. This entire game looks like a good demo of gameplay abilities, I really want to see more action in the future

It was the last update, many features were added NOBODY asked for, many things are broken now
Previously I never had my fishing line breaking more than 2 times in a row. Now I can expect 4 and more
Luck? Who, WHO ASKED YOU TO ADD THIS?
WHATS WRONG WITH THE SPAWN RATES?
There were so many things that could improve this game. And yet, we have this garbage update, featuring more funny monsters :DDDDDD
NPC happiness? I'll tell you a little secret, NOBODY CARES. Not to mention how broken it is.
New sprites are terrible, new music is awful
AND OF COURSE !!! MORE END-GAME STUFF !!!
WHO IN THE WORLD NEED ALL THAT GARBAGE AFTER BEATING THE GAME?

The dumbest possible decisions were made. Im spitting at these devs as they are spitting at me with this abomination of update

UPD: changing review to negative due to tr*ns flag presence in Nyakuza dlc. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful to push s*xual agenda in a game suitable for children

Old review:
It quickly became one of my favorite games, but I want to mention just a few flaws that I found:

Pros:
+ Great design
+ Great soundtrack
+ Each level is entertaining by itself, but each also has secrets to find so you don't just mindlessly follow the objective
+ Solid character customization, always nice to have
+ Badges are nice addition too, letting you slightly improve your gameplay experience
+ Native mod support
+ Multiplayer for 50 people. Impressive
+ Small Easter eggs everywhere. Something always appreciated

Cons:
- Camera is your worst enemy, even with assistance disabled it keeps adjusting itself. Very annoying
- Very unresponsive control. Especially hooks, air attacks and turns. It was made on purpose, but it only works if you casually cruise through the game. I like 1 hit mechanic, in games like nier automata thats a solid option to improve the difficulty. This game wasn't made with high difficulty in mind and I think such controls are inappropriate. You can get used to it, but thats a flaw, nonetheless
- I also had some crashes while changing inputs

I absolutely recommend anyone to play this game, but play it for fun, not for challenge
