One of the best games of all time. This sucker goes on sale for like $2.50 for the base game plus all DLC. How can they sell it so low??? I have platinumed this puppy on PS3 and I bought it again on Steam where it looks even better at 1080p/60fps. It is simply the best open world game. Hong Kong looks amazing in it, the fist fighting is cool, you can karaoke, and the DLC lets you punch ghosts to death.

A normal costume is $4 and this pack comes with 15. Bought separately that comes to $60 and I got this bundle on sale for $10 so considering that this is a good value. If you want at least two of the included costumes it's better to just pay two bucks more and get the full 15.

What's cool is you can do the costume code on all of these for extra effects. The code is after you select your V trigger hold LP,MP,HP,LK and Up on the loading VS screen and let go when the match starts. Some changes are minor, like Cammy puts on a scarf, or Sakura wears a backpack, but for some reason Sagat's totally changes him from boxer shorts to long combat pants and boots. So it's like a secret bonus 16th costume. Blanka's is pretty funny too, he wears piranhas biting him.

This is a very good pack. At first I was hesitant to get it, unsure of how good the buildings would look in terms of quality. Sure they lack a bit of color, but I went ahead and got it anyway because I really wanted the TV studio. Once I built them in my city, wow! They look a lot better in person! Youtube videos did not do them justice. There is some nice detail here and the reflections in the windows really stand out. Especially with the biodome. You can move the camera up and down and it will reflect the sky like it is a real orb. I like to pretend it is a greenhouse for my expanded botanical gardens or an aviary for a zoo.

The two factories you get here pair nicely with the Industries DLC, even though these do not produce goods, it is nice to stick them with other factories for more flavor. Most of the other buildings seem very suited to having on an expanded college campus, especially the MTI university from Green Cities. The robotics lab, faculty buildings, research center, and medical lab all look like they belong as part of a very high tech campus. Intelligence agency is also very good as an alternative police HQ. I have not used the space shuttle yet since it doesn't fit my current cities but looks like it will pair well with the rocket site. The new wave power plant looks cool too, but is basically the same as the water based windmill already in the game. Still a good idea though. Not a single building in this pack is bad so I'm happy to use them. TV studio is still my favorite.

Overall a great set of very good buildings for a decent price.

I haven't played a snow map yet, I mostly bought this because I wanted the street cars (trams in some parts of the world), which are great. A nice bonus is you can also build saunas to boost health in summertime maps, and road maintenance crews will help speed up your traffic.

The most surprising addition to me was that even in a summertime map the weather plays an important role. After installing I couldn't figure out why I was getting intermittent power outages. I'd raise power plant funding to solve it, check back later, now production was more than enough, yet after awhile it would repeat with brownouts. Finally I realized when the temperature dropped and a storm came in people were using extra electricity to heat their homes. I spent $300,000 to convert all my city's pipes to allow for heating and now I can comfortably reduce electricity funding, saving me an extra $16,000 per week. My city has never been this profitable before. Really cool how weather now can affect my budget. I assumed that would only be a factor on snow maps, but it's great it works on all maps. It's interesting you can watch heating usage rise and fall along with the temperature, makes your citizens feel more like real people.

You can create hippie communes where they only buy locally grown organic produce and ostracize from the neighborhood anyone who does not own an electric car. I also recommend purchasing the Natural Disasters DLC, it pairs well with this.

Also comes with a Sandhill Crane bird sanctuary.

Paradox and Colossal Order do not deserve your money. The game is borderline unplayable in its base state. Case in point: for 8 years the cruise ship bug has not been fixed. What ends up happening is a conga line of 20+ cruise ships spawn back-to-back with overlapping models forming a bridge out to the horizon. For a game about realistic city simulation this looks absolutely absurd. The developer recently released a patch with an updated harbor featuring two docks. You would think this would alleviate the problem by spreading the ships evenly between them, but instead one terminal goes completely ignored by the AI and they continue bunching up at just one. Two minutes of QA testing would have revealed this issue, but I doubt they did any since they went ahead and released it in this state. Is it too much to ask that a building do the one basic function it was designed to do? Will it be fixed? Maybe in 14 months, the same amount of time it took them to patch the broken cargo train terminal from last year which had a similar issue of only one track being used. But by next year Cities Skylines 2 will be released and I doubt this one will be a priority anymore.

It seems like Colossal Order does not take pride in nor care about this game. They praise the modding community and encourage players to heavily mod the game, but when those mods no longer work, disappear, or cause conflicts the devs just say "use at your own risk, not my problem" and offer no support. There's a reason why 90% of the threads on the forum on any given day are asking for help to resolve an issue. It is not uncommon for a city you have spent hundreds of hours building to be completely lost because of mod breaking. Something as basic as unlocking the full map that you paid for so you can build a complete city should NOT be accessible only through the use of a mod. It needs to be a core part of the base game, and in fact, it is on console now. The developer updated the Playstation 5 version to include several quality of life mods for free into the game, including unlocking all 25 map tiles to build on. When asked if those same features would be integrated into the PC version they said we "already have that option on PC". Well, we don't, unless you use a mod, in which case "use at your own risk". Why put in any effort when your fans will do it all for you instead for free?

And as for the cruise ship issue? The fix, of course, is to download a user created mod to adjust the passenger capacity yourself. It takes less than one minute to add a 0 to take it from 100 to 1000 capacity so fewer ships spawn and the problem is greatly reduced, so why can't the dev just do this and make it work for everyone? The responsibility should not be on the customer to fix a product they just paid for. I don't believe "mod the problem away" is the right attitude to take. Customers deserve a working product from the start.

There are dozens of similar examples of this where one small tweak would massively improve the quality of the game, but the developer refuses to do it, pushing the job onto the consumer. Want to plant a forest? Without a mod you have to plant the entire thing one tree at a time, taking hours. With a mod it can be done in 10 seconds. Don't want cartoonish spinning clown faces and neon pink octopuses on the roofs of your office buildings? The only option is a mod. Just a simple decorations on/off toggle in the settings menu would greatly be appreciated, but that's too much to ask of the devs. It's not an exaggeration when people subscribe to 80+ mods just so they can have a more pleasant experience with this game. The vanilla game already feels like it is barely being held together with duct tape, and with all these mods jury-rigged on to it it's little wonder why so many people run into issues. I think if a game needs that much support to be enjoyable it's not a very good game at its core. Until some key fixes are included (which I sincerely doubt are ever coming) I don't think this developer deserves your money since it is mostly the Steam community that has built this game and keeps it running.

I've already been sucked into the Cities Skylines vortex, but don't repeat my mistake. And I would strongly urge you to not even consider buying Cities Skylines 2 until Colossal Order has proven they are trustworthy, capable, and respect you as a customer enough to not sell you a broken product you have to fix yourself right out of the box.

Admittedly these are not the most exciting set of hauls. You are limited to a max speed of 40 MPH and are restricted to following a police car down pre-defined routes that usually end up being long, straight stretches of highway. If you don't adhere to the strict set of rules of speed, passing protocol, etc. you will fail the mission. It is a much more structured set of hauls than ATS is used to so these types of jobs will not be for everyone. But the variety of new extra large cargo types is pretty cool and since you get a personal police escort you can run all the red lights you want. This DLC is pretty cheap so if you are already a fan of ATS and want something new to haul I would 100% recommend it, but with the asterisk that it is very slow paced and some people might find the lack of freedom off-putting.

My only real issue is the front pilot car is *always* a law enforcement vehicle. One time I was being escorted by border patrol?? I doubt any agency would lend an officer to a private trucking company and pay to have him drive 400 miles across state just so I can carry an air conditioning unit. The rear car is always a privately marked escort truck, so why not the front one too, like in real life? Still though, nice to see new content being put out for this great game so I'm happy with this DLC.

I'll recommend this game because it's pretty good, but do NOT buy it for $15. That is too much to ask for a game this short. On sale for $5 or less definitely consider getting it.

I finished the game in under 2 hours. Granted I did not go back to get every collectable, but that's not really something I'm into. You could probably add another 2 hours just re-visiting the levels and exploring them further, but even still it's a very short and simple game. It's only 5 worlds, each with 2 levels and a boss. Graphically it's pretty great and some of the levels like the dessert one are really creative and have some interesting effects like when you waddle through jello or swim in tea. All around it's nice to look at and fun to explore. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of meat to the game to keep you coming back to it unless you're a hardcore Disney fan who absolutely loves Mickey. Great game for kids especially, but definitely wait for a sale.
