I spent an hour force-pushing Jar Jar Binks into a lake.

I shot a cop in the face at point blank range with a shotgun.
He shrugs it off and kills me with a baton.

One of the first games I ever owned on PC. The shooting and story isn't all that special, but what truly makes it memorable is the environment you're placed in and the physics based puzzles you have to solve. The puzzles actually seem like something you'd do in real life to overcome an obstacle, instead of finding floating keys or looking for a button on the other side of the map. Definitely worth buying.

I probably have over 1000 hours in this game. Been playing it before it hit Steam, started when the level cap was 40 and left the game when it was around 70. It was a very fun game! I have many great memories from it involving my friends and I playing it after school. The gameplay is pretty exciting and fresh compared to most MMOs where everything was decided on stats and RNGs. You had to dodge, aim to attack, and use your skills to fight. The game is split into multiple cities that act as hubs and link to dungeons, which are basically the levels. It does get repetitive having to run the same dungeon over and over, especially when that one dungeon is way easier to clear than the others available. The story isn't that unique but it does its job well enough. What the game truly shines in though is the PVP. While not 100% balanced, it is extremely fun especially when they added the ladder matches.

Sadly the game was run by NEXON, a company that couldn't care less about their players and only try to get as much money out of them as possible. Most cash items were cosmetics, but there was one item that was pretty necessary and that was jelly beans that protect your gear from getting destroyed when enchanting it past a certain level. Not only that but the servers were maintained badly. The game suffered from heavy lag. Hell there was even this one time where one of the towns (Carderock) disappeared completely and the bots started raining from the sky in Ironwood.

Eventually most of the players started to leave, my guild became smaller, and my friends started playing other games. After a few years of not touching the game, NEXON gave the rights to another company. I can't tell you anything about how the new company runs things because I found out about the switch too late and lost all my characters, but with how most of the newest reviews are negative, I'm guessing it's still the same. In that case I suggest finding another MMO to waste your hours in.

This is good right? I mean, it doesn't suck.

It's a great zombie survival game that does something different from everything else on Steam. Instead of focusing on a lonely kind of game where you have to find supplies to survive and hide from players, it focuses on the community aspect of the apocalypse. You play as a bunch of survivors trying to make it in a world that has literally gone to hell, gathering resources, making sure everyone is feeling okay, and making a home.

The story is... well it sucks. The characeters are bland and I found myself not caring about any of them. If you really wanna play it, I suggest finishing it fast and going on Breakdown (DLC) as soon as possible.

Breakdown is basically the same game but endless. You're placed into the same map and given the task of finding an RV and fixing it. Each time you fix the RV and ride it, you reset the map and the game becomes one level higher. However it doesn't force you to keep going to the next level. You're definitely free to stay in the current level for as long as you'd like, although eventually resources will run out. This game mode is tons of fun and provides a lot of challenge.

Lifeline on the other hand seems like it's a waste of time and money. I never got to playing it but everybody that has told me to skip it due to how glitchy it is.

This game is really fun. I used to play it a lot with a few friends. The slower paced gameplay mixed with the dark and tense atmosphere is a nice change from the fast zombie games that I play. The only negative I can really think of is how the servers are filled with kids and it's pretty annoying to open a lobby for you and your friends. Give it a try.

The combat is shallow but really fun while the world and story isn't that special, but still good. The world and environment is beautiful. There are many epic moments in the game as well, especially halfway through the story. The side stuff isn't all that great though, mostly just fetch and killing quests. It's worth checking out on sale.

This was one of the first games I've ever owned and probably my favorite of all time! I played this game three times so far in 300 hours (100 of them were offline). The game isn't perfect but it is extremely fun and beautiful at times, even if the world is a more generic fantasy setting compared to Morrowind and Skyrim. The quests, especially the guild ones, were all well-written. The combat is not the best, but it gets the job done well enough. Last but not least, it has one of the best expansions I've ever played, The Shivering Isles, where everything and everyone is insane! Definitely worth checking out!

Run and shoot everything while being chased by fast zombies and hunted by special kinds of zombies, and completing objectives along the way. That's Left 4 Dead 2 in a nutshell. It's extremely fun with friends on voice chat. Plus with all the mods you can download for free, you'll pretty much never run out of content to play. Definitely worth the price, especially when it goes as low as 2 dollars.
