Some of the bones for the L4D2 skeletons have different orientations / rotations. You may need to rotate the bones.You may need to rotate some of the bones.

Hi! I've been trying to learn how to port MMD models over to gmod and I think I'm really close. I can use the model in SFM but I don't understand how to add physics to the model to make a ragdoll and I'd appreciate if you could walk me through the process of creating the physics smd and compiling everything together

It initially worked fine until a L4D2 update came out a while back out of nowhere. It adjusted how consistency works and the mod should still work just fine on private servers, it's just no longer "allowed" with use on vanilla servers

Wanted to let you know real quick, your Gmod TDA ports got screwed over by updates. All of them crash Gmod. I'm not sure why this is happening. I originally guessed it was a shader issue, but now I'm not 100% positive. Only the NPCs crash, I don't believe the playermodels crash it. If I do not follow up, it is only the playermodels.

I'm not making anything for Source 1 games like GMod and L4D2, no. I've messed with Source 2 games, primarily S&Box, but it's too early and incomplete for anything worthwhile. I've just kind of picked of VRChat modding again for now.

I need a bit of help. How exactly would you go about fixing a playermodel that has its hands clipping through the weapon? My model is on the larger side and it's causing the arms to move in unintended ways.
