This is quite literally the best video game ever made. The artistry shown by the devs is unmatched, it is nothing short of a work of art.

A spectacular game. The combat took a while to get used to because its based off the newer engine. The story, like YK1, is told very well and was very engaging. The final fight was such a good one.

Not 100% faithful to the original, and based off Y0, its still an amazing game that still tells an amazing story.

Amazing game. The only reason I have it as not recommended is because this game is always on the verge of crashing. My computer should be able to handle it just fine. On some levels, the game freezes completely before crashing.

This game tries way too hard to be a quirky RPG, like Earthbound (which is an inspiration). It fails at that completely. The writing is awful, and the story is all over the place. The combat has cool ideas, but it feels so disconnected from the rest of the game, and feels like it drags on.
Just play Earthbound.
