Day 5 Update of having this game: I now have 40 hours in this game...so yes...I recommend.

I don't normally write reviews for games and maybe this will be my headway into doing it. I thoroughly enjoyed this game - I came into this game with little to no expectations and without having played the other batman arkham games. I have basic knowledge on lore and somehow still found this game interesting. I was hesitant at first reading all the reviews and still wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and I sunk 17 hours into this game the first couple of days when it was first released (so needless to say I was hooked). While yes there was a brief problem of the game crashing often, I haven't been experiencing it at all recently. I currently have a GTX 1650 Super and the graphics looked okay on mid (However, I'm not too fussed about the graphics).

Gameplay wise, while I wish I could jump when I wanted too it didn't really hinder me at all. I've only played as batgirl so far and I really like her mechanics and her playstyle. The only thing I really have a complaint about is that the analyzing mechanic can be a bit wonky at times. The story very interesting and has a few large side quests which are amazing so there's definitely a lot to do, I love and am terrified of the order of the owls. I also really like the open world free-play aspect every night, it gives a good opportunity to continuously grind levels and get mods and crafting things without playing missions.

TLDR: Overall great game and I highly recommend it to anyone whose looking for a game that's action packed and has a solid story.
