A masterwork of storytelling, each branching choice you make is exciting/surprising/horrifying to find and experience. Voice acting and every piece of artwork are incredible as well, it's been awhile since I've played a game and finished it so quickly after just having started it.

How is Call of Cthulhu? I can deal with B-tier games in terms of budget but the writing is the reason to play these types of games and I've read reviews that say the ending is underwhelming and plot threads/characters are forgotten and dumped half-way through.
