I play various video games and sometimes record them. Currently exploring the story of Undertale and making a lengthy low-effort LP about it on my YouTube channel.
(I am "Cadrin the Werecat" on YouTube. No, I will not provide a direct link. Too paranoid about automated scrapers building a profile on me.)

Did you know?
It takes 20 years for a fresh Steam profile with no games and no badges to get to level 10 and get its first showcase (additional box like the one you're reading now). This box took me 10 years to obtain.

Hej, nadrabiam zaległości komentarzowe (boże, październik!) i dzięki za miłe słowa na temat wiki Starlancerowej, uwielbiam tę grę i do dziś mam ogromny sentyment - a punktowanie zbrodni wojennych w imię dobra to moje hobby :D

Most people I observe doing tasks that require tracking something with thier eyes can't react fast enough for what they "see" to matter. Thier brain doesn't process the visual information fast enough for thier reaction to matter.

A lot of people "cheat" this by training themselves to instincually react to certain things, thus increasing the reaction speed, but this has a huge limitation. There is no real interpretation of what actions are appropriate to a situation; A gaming example is someone who reacts instinctively to a player appearing from a corner by shooting them right away, but not checking if they are friendly or not fast enough for them to prevent THEMSELVES from performing said action. -3- You can always spot the better players by how they react to these reflex moments.

Baaah. I'm typing up a storm.

I wonder how'd you perform in Beat Saber. You have good eyes for movement, and quite frankly that is far more important than physically being able to move quickly because that's a hell of a lot easier to train than your eyes.
