I had an absolute blast playing the demo of this charming game! It’s a perfect blend of creativity and nostalgia as you restore and repair your customers' cherished belongings. The puzzles are satisfying, whether you're fixing old teapots or reassembling toys, and the quirky woodland characters like Mr. Cotton and Chef Bastien add so much personality to the experience. I also loved the chance to paint items and decorate my shop, making it feel truly mine. The Bear Fish Bee league is a fun touch, adding a competitive edge. I can't wait to see more—this game has so much potential!

a head scratcher for sure, there's a puzzle or two that are quite hard to get a grip of. the hints do well for these types of cases.

Short sweet, lots of heart and soul poured into this game. Would recommend for any 2 friends who enjoy solving puzzles together

Certified classic, once you rock and stone theres no going home!

I love this game for many reasons, its got bite-sized missions that yo can jump into at any point and get out after a rushed 15 minutes. or you can spend upwards of an hour and explore and extract every bit of material from.

Lovely and charming characters sprawling with voice lines and world building.
Every class is highly customisable and the cosmetics in this game are unmatched!

Their live service model makes other games look sad and greedy. theres no in-game purchases that arent very basic cosmetic packs. The season pass is free and you cant pay for progression. Any lost cosmetics from the season pass are added into the loot pool after the season is over.

Theres a lot more to say on why this game keeps feeling fresh and the absolute variety of experiences you'll have in DRG.

Having said that, theres only one issue with the game from a casual standpoint.

The Overclocks.

The overclocks change up the guns and how they work. some mods are simple and increase base stats. other change the weapons into completely different guns.
Why is this an issue? although not necessary, some of them are desirable to get, yet you cannot control what overclock you get. and you're locked behind weekly missions to receive them.

You can get a maximum of 2 wep mods +2 blank mods per week. (which can be made into wep or cosmetic mods). because of this, you have to play for several months just doing the weeklies in order to complete the full load out options that are available. and you cannot control what you get (with some minor discrepencies)

Since they arent a nessecity. i still like it for what they are. since you cant choose theres no hard meta. for those that have 100+ hours in the game theres insentive to come back to the game.

But allas, its not as accessible as it could be.

To put into perspective: there's a 25 minutes beginners guide uploaded as the 2nd trailer video on the steam store page. And it doesn't even go through any game-play.

This game takes alts and RNG to the next level, experienced players will let you know not to roll new stat lines until there's an event to get the re-rolls cheaper (requires you to be online, and farm a lot). And the same people will tell you not to roll an alt until Burning events go live. (quicker early levels). So how do you then power up initially?

You play this game on a schedule, or you pour money into it.
I've honestly had a great time with the reboot servers(no trading/pay-2-win). But what people fail to mention is that you still need to pay to keep your pets from the cash shop alive. cause they loot for you. and trust me, looting manually is not viable. period. If you can stomach this pet fee (say around 10-15$(Very rough estimates*) and then another 5$per 90 days for "water of life") then by all means, this is a great 2D platform farm fest MMO!
