Disillusion

Much like some of the games that inspired its development, Disillusion is an obscure under-rated game that doesn't get the exposure it deserves in my opinion. I really like the aesthetics around it. The game is weird, creepy, and even funny at times. It's almost like games like this sort of just belong in some other category that I don't even know the name of. As far as the adventurous dungeon crawling experience goes it's amusing to play but this game isn't just another dungeon crawler. It is a unique experience that I can't quite find the words to describe. I wish there were more games like this. For those who might not fully grasp what I mean by all of that I think you'll probably understand after playing Disillusion, Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong Nou (東脳, Tonnō), Cyber Oz City, Yume Nikki, Juice Galaxy, Crypt Worlds, The Museum of Anything Goes, and LSD Dream Emulator. I'm not sure if Cyber Oz City, Yume Nikki, Juice Galaxy, Crypt Worlds, and The Museum of Anything goes were among the games that inspired this one but I think they're all relevant because they seem to fit into the category of games I'm talking about. There's just something about these games. Anyways, if you're looking for something different then this is the game for you.
