If you played any of the early 90s Delta Force games like Delta Force 1 & 2 and Land Warrior or honestly, even the old Tom Clancy games like Rogue Spear, etc, you will love this game.

The old 1990s Delta Force games were my first PC gaming experience when I was 8 years old and also my first online gaming experience. I have so many good memories meeting new people through DF2, joining clans, playing scrims, prone/stand glitching up buildings and getting mad at people using trainers to grenade spam.

This game fully brought me back to being 8 again. The nostalgic feeling is absolutely intense on this. I really hope the game gets the attention it deserves because it's great fun in SP. I'm sure the COOP is really fun too.

I think it would be cool if you added multiplayer PVP as well and allowed modding. I'm sure some of us oldheads would love to get into that.

My daughter loved the demo and 10 bucks is a pretty fair price for how cute the game is. She's loving all the little cute animals but we couldn't figure out how to clean off the bugs on the first dog? We grabbed the green tube of bug stuff but they just run away from it

Game is genuinely so good. The only thing I don't like is that I have to exit the mission when it's complete, go back to the main menu and hit continue to load the next mission.. Doesn't make a lot of sense. Other than that, this game is pretty much everything you could ever want from a WW2 strategy game.. and the fact I can go into 3rd/1st person with tanks, soldiers, etc, is just the icing on the cake.

I haven't even tried multiplayer but I assume that is just as fun too.

Just as fun as the original, graphics are beautiful with the usual Bethesda funny jank AI.

Free weekend? Great.. Except the game won't even open. It gets stuck on the splash screen.. Multiple people having the same issue.

Played the demo for like 5 hours straight.. Bought the game while at work and played for another 3 hours straight. 10/10 so far. Game is super fun and a great way to chill out.

Incredibly weak campaign. Gun design is laughable too.. The did zero research. The M1 Carbine has a late rear sight with a front sight that doesn't exist. I saw one of my guys carrying an M1 Garand with a magazine attached which I can only assume is a BM-59 that DIDN'T EXIST DURING WW2. Why are so many Germans carrying SVT-40s and PPSHs throughout the war? Why is my US Army solider carrying an Enfield during the start of one of the missions? Why does the bar has a faster firing rate than a PPSH? Lol.. Why, when I aim in on gun emplacements.. does it zoom out when I fire lmao.

Historically, this game is an absolute clown show. The voice acting and story is weak, lip sync is off for most of the clips, characters aren't even remotely memorable. Just play World At War instead, it's a far better SP game over all.. Or in fact, go play the original Band of Brothers series or Medal of Honor Allied Assault.

Do not buy this for the singe-player like I did, you will be disappointed. The only remotely good thing about this game is the graphics and they couldn't even manage to do that right.. If you play at a higher refresh rate and have high fps, the quick-time events are so sped up you can't actually do them.. so I had to play over half of the game at 60hz which is ridiculous.

3/10 - Do not buy unless it's under $10.

Short but sweet. Fun little game with the small price. Great art style, cute writing and story with some humour. I really enjoyed it for what it is.

I'm gonna play the 2nd one now and I'm sure that will be just as fun.

6 hours in, but an hour of that was trying to get the game to open and load shaders.. I'm on a i9, 4090, with 64gb ram.. Game would not load for the first hour of me trying to open. It kept telling me I didn't have enough memory aka the game had a memory leak.

After 40-50+ opening attempts, it finally loaded the shaders and has worked flawlessly since. I get 120-130fps solid with no dips. Gameplay is fun, does not really feel like a traditional stalker game to me in terms of gunplay but I still think it's a blast to play.

For a studio making a game during a war, I think they should be pretty proud of what they've achieved. I'm sure they'll get the hardware issues sorted out in time.

Servers are lifeless, mini-games are meh, I just don't get the hype.
