We are currently working on some issues that seem to be caused by too much ♥♥♥ traffic with steam servers, causing items to be reported as not in the inventory. We are watching trades closely to remedy the issue. Also working on some long-term solutions to make the trading experience much for smooth.

It is not caused by the user.

Every time I paste link to any item it says that ♥♥♥ doesn't have that item in his inventory. (Yes, I know how to trade with this ♥♥♥ because until now everything was working just fine)

If the ♥♥♥ is incorrectly telling you 'Item does not exist in my inventory', check back later. This is caused by a loading issue with Steam inventories. The best solution is to try restarting the trade, or check back later if it didn't fix.
