It's not my habit to contact the creator of a GA I won, but I saw you said in the comments you send the GA by email. I checked my emails but didn't see anything. However some days ago I got problems with it. So perhaps it's the same here. I received several GA by email and it always worked great, so I think if you just send it again it should be ok.
