Long ago, the 4 playerbases lived together in harmony, but everything changed when the wallet warriors attacked, and then the tryhards, and the seal clubbers, and gaijin themselves, basically everyone attacked eachother.
I started playing in 2017ish, the most broken thing in the game was Object 120, aka the long boi. Max BR was 8.0, the most advanced stuff was 60's prototypes and some light tanks from 70/80's. The grind was manageable, I got to tier 4 and kind of stopped since I like the WW2 stuff the most. Then they deccompressed the BRs to 9.0, pretty good all in all, and then they started compressing everything again. The Pen-Pocalypse happened, the Tiger went to 5.3, Cone was killed then ressurected, the number of nations doubled and even naval was added.
And somehow they still managed to squeeze in completely killing the game's economy, turning all tracks into ice, removing tanks for no reason and adding more and more vehicles with insane research costs. It already takes me a good month of on/off playing to get a new plane or tank at tier 5, how am I supposed to get anything done when it takes 300,000 RP to research a bunch of slightly better pixels.
Overall, good game, really good game infact, but its gotten so horrible to play that I cant recommend it to anyone but a masochist. I researched the P51-H before a patch and they made it mandatory to get the F-82 before you get the P51-H. now I have 71,000 RP to research for no reason. Any other game would just let you buy your hard earned pixels but no no no, not the best WW2 tank and plane sim, here we need to research the previous vehicle even though you have the next unlocked.
I'm still going to play it next week though

Edit: I havent played the game in years, if I started today I would never have played as much as I did, the game has taken its downward spiral from bad to worse in recent years, I thought 2020 was as bad as it was going to get, apparently, nope gets worse. I still read all the update logs, just to see if Gaijin has fixed things, nope, worse, every time.

Edit 2: GAIJIN IS ACTUALLY FIXING THE GAME I REPEAT THE SNAIL IS FIXING THE GAME(still pay2win tho)

This doesn't make me want to rip my eyes out like CK2, Good job Paradox. Im sure my wallet will be drained even faster than before!

Pretty good for fun with friends

so i played shadow of mordor and you want to buy the game(why else would you be reading the reviews)
so you want pros and cons

first the game looks pretty good
second the game has quite good controls on keyboard and mouse(especialy when you compare it to controllers Lol JK pls dont hurt me internet)
third the nemisis system will blow your brains out the put it back together for you to play the game
forth riding the doges with your sword is cool

second the last two "boss battles"(the whole game feels like a boss battle)feel a bit tacked on becuase WB had a deadline and devs gotta get paid yo
third i cant even remember the dudes name i just know he was on a gate thing a ghost gave him super powers and he reks uruks ork stuff for a living now,even assasins creed made me remember peoples names like uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh shea and liam and that one french dude
PS:if you didnt catch on must of the stuff was for luaghs and the review wasnt that sierious...and i cant speel

1 Its really really well done with little bugs and glitches.
2 The story is wel written with cool jokes and good character interaction
3 What are you doing going througuht the steam reviews. you already know its good and are just looking for people being butthurt over small details.
