Regardless of it being in the EULA previously, the popularity and goodwill has been undeniably built in large part by the PC community. Not only am I not supporting a publisher that wants to pad numbers by having more CCs on file and trying to get more investors with shoddy tactics, I'm not subjecting myself to Sony's extremely lax Cyber Security polices, or them wanting to scan my Biometrics.

Sounds like Automaton tactics, to me.
