„Paper Lily“ is a story about cursed girl, that is trying to find help in magical world.
After “project Kat” introduced us to this world, we are finally able to experience it for us selves.
The world building of this game is magical. It’s so intriguing and immersive. It makes you want to learn more and more about this world. There is so much care put into creating this setting. There are characters, that are intriguing. There are those, who are mysterious. Regardless of the way they are, I can say that they are diverse, which is great plus for the story. Like the main heroine, we feel unsure, confused, but also intrigued by what this world has to offer. There are so many mysteries and so little answers. It’s so interesting, but it feels cosy. This is definitely one of those feel good games, that you can play to relax. Paper Lily also offer plenty of puzzles to solve. You can find multiple ways to deal with them. Some more unconventional than others. Developer lets the player solve the puzzles in multiple ways. The plot of the game is captivating and catches interest easily. Unfortunately, it’s only first part of the story, that the author want to say, so we are not able to find many answers to the questions, that the plot raise. I will look forward to upcoming continuation of this story.

Simply by looking at this game, I can tell that, author put a lot of love into visual design of this game. Developer focus on details of the world a lot, so that it’s more immersive. The character designs are high quality and pleasant to the eye. Everything in this world has its place and offers more interactivity to the player.

Music and sounds effects were done with meticulous care. Soundtrack is fit well to the story, helping the player to sink more into this fascinating world. The sounds effects are high quality and fit well to the situation.
