This is my second time purchasing this game for PC. First time was at launch (game was not playable at all). Second time was this week. Difference is I upgraded my PC to a 4070super, a much nicer processor, etc. etc. - For the first time I was able to play the opening! But the moment I got to the second planet the game would only crash. Spent a few hours trying to get it be playable but to no luck. From what I've read, if you have a higher end PC your better off avoiding this game. It's really disappointing to say as I loved Jedi Fallen Order.

It was a fantastic remaster of the original game that was released back in 1995. The remaster added in new visuals and cut scenes made from the ground up to give the game some new life. This was my first time playing through the title, and I fully enjoyed the story of Kyle Katarn. There are many missions I found to be quite enjoyable as a Star Wars fan and would easily recommend this game to those interested in the franchise.

A true journey you shall embark. One with visuals that are still stunning today and gameplay that is unique. This is a game that you should play at least one time through.

Combine demolition derby and soccer and then what you have is this fantastic game. At first I was not sure how I felt about the game but after actually putting some time in and understanding how to position yourself, the game just really opened up. This is easily my top played game the past month and with new DLC right around the corner, I could not be more excited. Also be warned when playing against friends in the same room, things tend to escalate very quickly.

Overall this is a fantastic game for the price, which can provide hours of fun. Just make sure to hit those practice drills first before playing online!

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the game that all PC gamers should have played by now. Everyone has picked their own fantasy character and went into the wide world called Skyrim. It is almost three years later and is Skyrim as good as we all thought it was?

Note this review is focusing on just the core game and main DLC from Bethesda, not any additional mods.

Graphics
When Skyrim first came out everyone went crazy about how good the graphics are, yet we still were enjoying games such as Crysis that really pushed pc gaming to the max. Now for this game we had to wait for Bethesda to release the HD texture pack that would finally give PC gamers the game they deserved. Overall other than a glitch or two Skyrim looked really really good. After the update the textures were clean and the world seemed to be more alive at that point.
8.5/10

Story
Now this is the most disappointing part for any Elder Scroll's fan, the story was just boring. The main story put you as the hero of Skyrim, which was fine. But getting to the end of the main story was way too fast in this Elder Scrolls' game. But this is not what was expected from the player, the player is supposed to get distracted with the numerous side quests and open world of Skyrim. Yet most players did not want to explore the world, and more or less just beat the story. I'm not going to ruin the story for any of you out there who have yet to finish the main story, but just the plot, main characters, and locations were just disappointing and boring.
7.5/10

Game Play
Now the actually playing this game was a lot of fun. Hence most players have put in over 100 hours playing this game. From being a thief, warrior, mage, or whatever class you wanted to make, this game had it all. With the melee combat (aka swords, shields, hammers, etc.) the system was very smooth and clean. Everything seemed to fit just right, same thing about using the bows and sneaking around. With this in mind the only complaint I can come up with is the magic for the game. When using magic, the player never really felt overpowered, in reality you felt unrewarded and bored. Magic, when being used outside of battle, did not level up. This was really the main problem that Skyrim had.
9.5/10

Final Verdict
Skyrim is that game I am always able to come back to when I am tired of all the new games that are constantly coming out. From exploring a completely open world to creating a character that I want to be, Skyrim really had it all. Only problem was the main story was to short and really not engaging.

Skyrim is a 8.5 out of 10

On a side note, this is really not how Skyrim should be played on the PC. Because of the fantastic community and the huge amounts of mods available, Skyrim would move up to a 9.5 out of 10.
