The business model of Gaijin for the past 3 years has been to increase the grind to frustrate the players enough so that they will spend money on the game. They are known for being massively out of touch with the community and in some cases downright insulting. There is a well documented case of imbalance and incorrect vehicle values that have been reported in some cases for 3 years yet Gaijin does not notice them leading to some calling the company biased towards other nations/styles of play.
