1. Mag lagay ng karne, kamatis, at sibuyas sa kaserola na may tubig. Ang karne ay dapat nakalubog sa tubig. Kapag kumulo, hinaan ang apoy, at hayaan ito sa loob nang 1-1 ½ oras o hanggang sa lumambot ang karne. Salain ang ibabaw ng tubig at alisin ang anumang dumi. Pwedeng magdagdag ng tubig kung kinakailangan.
2. Pagkatapos lutuin ang karne nang 30 minuto, idagdag ang hiniwang gabi. Kapag malambot na ang karne, idagdag na ang sinigang mix at siling tagalog o green chili, at pakuluan nang 5 minuto. Idagdag ang sitaw, labanos, at okra, at pakuluan ulit nang 5 minuto.
3. Timplahan ng patis, saka idagdag ang dahon ng kangkong, at pakuluan sa loob ng 2-3 minuto. Iayon ang timpla sa panlasa. Ihain habang mainit pa.
