I like it because it is so diverse.
I got this game for free from epic and bought it here for cheap just to have it on steam.

Pros:
Customization- you can pick all your clothes, cars designs, colors, properties ect. (you have a wide choice to make it everything your own)
Game modes- decent racing, deathmatches, battle modes, side jobs, others things i dont know how to categorizes
simplicity- play games to get money to buy more profitable things to buy more and more

Cons:
Grinding: it feels like a second job some weeks trying to buy all the discounted items before they go away
modders: some good just on there to have fun. alot on there to screw with others
griefers: people just on there to wreck all your hard work
