I liked it as a casual city builder when it released and I like it as a city simulator now <3

This has to be the best kingdom/town building game I've ever played.
I like depth and the ability to creatively pave my own way.
The information in the intricacies and details is incredible in this game and there is huge depth to playing. Mastering the mechanics will take some real dedication.
You have to account for temperature of beer vs hay vs various foods. Storage isn't easy.

Its extremely playable in this state and the developers are steaming through the road map, clobbering bugs I've never even encountered, and heavily interactive with the community.
10/10

Notes:
Each settler is an extremely valuable individual and has unique traits, attributes, perks and as a result needs as well. Its similar to the Sims in that regard, but not easily comparable.

It does have some micromanagement moments and can be tedious in that way but as the game develops there is big progress towards the smoothing of these wrinkles.

This game is amazing! I'm proud to be funding it as early access and the developers can def have my money. To all the bad reviewers, shame on you! It's early access.
The art style is amazing and the basic game mechanics are super fun! YO when I rolled out the server rack on that first spaceship it brought me back to the submarine service rolling out those VME cards HAHAHA. I just sat there in awe like dang haha this is gonna be great. I can't wait to see where this goes!
It's already easily neck-and-neck with space engineers although I really like the feel of this 100x better. I feel as though the foundation is going to offer so much more too!

I'm totally stoked to ride this into the future.

Don't buy this expecting a polished game, but please buy this because its dope as heck and they need your support. Its playable as is but there is no resource system/survival mechanic. Its kinda just a sandbox and I'm ok with that for now.

This is the best tower game I have played yet and it's not even finished! The graphics are great and everything just makes sense.

The developers are active on the discussion board and updates are frequent.

This game is early access so expect missing elements and bugs!

If you liked Sim tower, Yoot tower and/or project highrise just buy it already and be part of the development ❤️

Learning this game is -HARD- its likely to be unlike any games you've played before. The aesthetic alone is an easy 10/10, it'll keep pulling you back. You'll die many times and try many play styles, get frustrated and quit, but keep at it, and keep learning. You'll learn skills to be proud of!

Be brilliant at the basics and you will succeed at the advanced

Lots of reviews will cry and moan about difficulty or cumbersomeness but that's operator error at this point in development(with exceptions). Its ok the be trash, we aren't used to this level of control. If you love path of exile and diablo 2 you're going to love this but you gotta SLOW DOWN. You're not an infinitely powerful demi-god, you're a human and there are things that go bump in the night. It has strong D2Act2 vibes for me in some places with the tile sets and I love it.

Note: if you have anxiety issues or ADD like I do, get high before you play and don't get mad when you die.

+The incredible physics of this game give YOU the ability to develop skill, thus your character will not be limited but it's 'gear' and you'll have a unique fighting style! Basically how ever your brain works best <3 You are your character's soul and spiritual memory.
+The gear system is actually really great and is slowly becoming something deep and fruitful, especially with ranges, damage types, and weights!!
+There seems to be a very faint mid to late game magic system emerging that looks amazing with socket systems.
+No prefix/suffix system yet, i'd love to see it but honestly not required as long as the diversity remains! See the release on procedural weapon deformations (long/short hilts, bigger spikes on warhamers, etc)

unrelatable, no female characters for freaking ever. 100% unplayable. 'claims' of a return long overdue for such a critical piece.

Greatest cops and robbers/gta style game of all time. Vast customization and utilization of diverse resources.
One midgame-ending flaw: company abandoned its own game as far as rebalance and you have to pay to win at mid-game level.

Definitely worth a play but don't expect to love it as much as you want to love it.

Update: She's dead jim! RIP

No one plays as a team, no one uses push to talk, and there is absolutely no incentive to perform well or even moderately decent. The in-game credit system is an intense grind for a very limited selection of purchasable modules.

THIS IS(WAS) AN AMAZING GAME it just wasn't done when the devs decided to serve it up(and never touch its content again). The only incentive you'll get playing this game is the good feeling of winning if you're able- and It is difficult.
