I honestly don't think that there's a better game out there, this game AND it's DLC are absolutely spectacularly phenomenal.
If you've never played a souls game, or a soulslike game, this is the one i'd recommend.

can't even finish a game without it crashing. time to kill is too high. hit reg feels like one of the worst in a long time. connectivity is terrible. most if not all attachments feel like they do nothing at all to the weapons. leveling weapons is a headache and a half with the new platform system. it's a cool concept but some of the weapons don't even unlock at the level they say they do and i have to level the next gun in the platform to even think about putting the attachments on from the last version. visibility is one of the worst in a very long time. the absolute f*ckery that is this launch is laughable.
Oh, and the crashing? not a hardware issue either, all software. I've triple checked

I've completed act 1 and I'm playing on Hard difficulty, here's what I have to say so far:

The story is good, it's just what I expected out of a futuristic, dystopian, shooter. The characters have heart to them, more than other open world games, and they don't all feel like NPCs. The world is immersive as hell, I went to buy guns at a shop uptown and found myself in an expansive street full of shops and people with finite details everywhere. It was incredible how much detail was added to not only the people but the stalls for selling things, but the atmosphere and "home" of NPCs that carry almost nothing to the story.

Game-play wise, the driving is entirely okay, maybe I haven't done enough of it, or I've been spoiled by GTAV, but it feels a little off. Gun-play is clean, guns kick around in all sorts of different directions depending on the type of weapon you're using and, depending on their level and damage, feel like they hit fairly hard, when you're accurate. Hacking matters BIG time in a lot of different scenarios but that also depends on the stats you have. I haven't dived too far into melee combat but form the tutorial portion, I like how it plays.

Now, for bugs. I've only had ONE major bug in which my game froze on a loading screen and then I couldn't even close the game for a while, and then when I re-opened the game there was no audio. I had to restart PC all together. Other than that, it's been minor things here and there, cars glitching through objects, people "walking" but it's just them sliding away, dialogue overlapping sometimes. None of it has really ruined my experience. All it all, I am LOVING the game, and I went in with no expectations whatsoever.
