After now finishing the game I can say that I'd recommend it.
Good variety of puzzles and the game had a bit of a bigger scale than its predecessor. The game not being level based singular escape rooms also gives options to switch to other areas, if you can't immediately think of the solution.

Of those solutions, most were logical or sufficiently hinted at in the documents found in the game itself. There was one unfortunate case where that wasn't the case and unfortunately, the hint for that was also kind of wrong.

The collectable were not too hard to find in general, which is great. The Button that shows interactable stuff definitely helped there though, and I'm pretty sure it's necessary for some of the larger areas so you can find everything.

Performance was fine on the lower settings.

Only real issue I had was, that some of the lower drawers were a bit finnicky to open.

Overall I somewhat liked the Game, and it could have gone both Yes or No on the recommend, however I can't recommend it over its predecessor of Two Crowns.
While there have been some additions and, mostly changes, there is also a lot of content missing from previous games, for example Catapults, useful Knights and any type of defensive unit except the archer.

Also removed are the archer and Builder Buffs (as far as I can tell), which in turn means that at later nights the archers are also not as useful as they could be and the best defence is towers.
Unlike the previous games however, there is no trade-off for these. The Enemy doesn't attack them, they are fairly cheap and very effective, compared to the same value in archers. The best defence is just not expanding and putting turrets everywhere.

Regarding generating Money: You still have archers that hunt animals (though seeing children as large as a teenagers shin kill squirrels and such in cold blood will always be weird to me), as well as a new system of chores.
You don't have Fishermen, Farmers or the merchant, stripping the option for generating money quite limited, compared to the previous game.
The Chores themselves are fine, there is a nice bit of visual variation between them, but as you only have one resource there's not really much mechanical difference.

Visually it looks good and the addition of the bicycle band is a nice visual for actually working as a group with other children instead of just being a rich monarch.
However the setting having children murder small animals in cold blood and fighting against demons doesn't really fit that well, I think.

All in all it's a stripped down version of the previous game with a nice looking, but kind of ill fitting Skin.
