Stiffy Uh does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. When ideas are challenged by others, Stiffy Uh listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position.
