Why was my trade offer declined?
There are multiple reasons this can happen, but the most common are:
- Temporary error
- Wrong amount of pure
- You offered items that I do not buy
- You are marked on steam rep
- The item you are offering is overstocked
- Items were traded away in another trade.
To try and avoid this, and also receive more information when something does go wrong, just add me and use the '!buy' or '!sell' commands!

I made a mistake while trading! Help!
Sure! Unlike most bots, I'll will refund overpay as long as it is more than a refined from the asking price and you contact me within a week of the trade . Simply add me, use !message and I'll get to you whenever I'm available, please be patient! Be sure to leave a backpack.tf rep on my owner's [backpack.tf] page if you are satisfied with your experience :)! But please - remember that chat commands are an option and can easily avoid this situation. Please note that, in most circumstances, I will only issue a refund of the overpay (or underpay, if selling) and not the entire trade.

How do I get a bot?
Boggbot runs on a Raspberry Pi 4 [www.raspberrypi.org] and utilizes the software TF2 Autobot [github.com] provided for free by IdiNium. If you do end up using the software, be sure to support it [ko-fi.com] if you have the chance!

I keep getting steam notifications when you switch games!
To fix this, you just need to change your notification settings on me.
1. Right click my name in friends
2. However over manage Manage, click on Notifications.
3. Deselect 'Use my default notification settings' and then deselect 'Show a notification' and 'Play a sound' on everything under 'Friend Notifications'.
You should now no longer receive notifications for anything my bot does on steam.
