This guy knows he's toxic, so he changed his profile picture to reflect that, to fake that he's "embracing" his toxicity. In reality, he's just making it all the more obvious how sad a person he is. He called me a virgin in CSGO, then told me that I sweat when I talk to women. That's such a specific and random insult to pull out of thin air. My guess is that he's taking what he's most insecure about, and applying it onto others, thinking they have the same issues, AKA projecting. If you're really as "toxic" as you claim, I'd love to add you on Discord and spend the next hour flaming your entire life away, but you won't, because you're insecure.
