7/10 for the PC version but overall 10/10

Elden Ring is probably one of the best games I've ever played. From the characters, to the story, to the epic boss battles, there's SOMETHING for everyone. Boss battles are probably the best thing about this game (even though they nerfed Radahn). The fashion aspects are really cool though sometimes the alteration on some outfits is kinda useless and I sure wish you could dye some tops and armor pieces. People complain about this game being too hard but then they cant even get past Margit (lol). If you cannot handle taking time to learn and dying to learn the fight (like all other souls games) then this game is not for you. There's lots of exploring and things to collect and because of that I just now recently reached Crumbling Farum Azula and I'm about 100 hours in. I heard NG+ is nice too.

But most of my issues come from the PC port. Here's my issues:
- Frustrating lag (esp when riding Torrent). The game lags severely at points where you're trying to go fast.
- Straight up Freezing either in the middle of a boss battle or on the load screen. When i was fighting Malenia it froze on me three times and it's so frustrating because that is the most challenging fight in the game. When it freezes, I have to completely shut down my PC and reboot again because task manager doesn't even open.
- Controller support set default to Xbox controller. Now I use a PS5 controller and I have to guess where my keys are relevant to Xbox controller. This game was also released for PS so i don't understand why its default to Xbox. Should be both no matter the game. I do not want to switch back to Xbox controller just for Elden Ring. I'm used to where these buttons are now but this should really be fixed anyway.
- Quest glitches. Some objectives like looking for magic turtles and some of the sort straight up doesn't even show up. And then it progresses the quest anyway?? Weird as heck.

I hope Fromsoft fixes the issues with the PC port because it really feels like its just "oh just another ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port" which is the reason why some people won't even buy this game. It's annoying and ruins the experience. Overall I recommend Elden Ring in terms of gameplay and overall scoring. :D

3ish hours in and I've only come across a few issues. Its an ok port but optimization for fps is limited, there's some framerate issues but not a whole lot I've noticed. I run a RTX 2070 SUPER with only a few framerate dips. Its not enough for me to give it a bad review though it should be worth noting some parts of the game it'll tab out randomly, but not actually close the game (only happens in fullscreen mode). My experience has been good for me so far. A shame others have had less than great experiences. Might suggest for some to go for the console version for now.

On a positive note this game is amazing and is a really good remake of the port we never got in the west. No matter the system you buy it on think it's a great buy but the PC port needs a patch... if that ever happens.

Oh man i played the crap outta this game. But honestly i dont know if i'd call it a slap in the face to fans or something else.

I'm a huge Danganronpa fan but this game has it's pros and cons.

PROS
- the characters are great. some of the best in the series
- class trials are revamped and a lot of fun
- executions/murders are BRUTAL but very creative
- rebuttle showdowns are much easier
- A LOT of post-game material, which the previous titles lacked

CONS
- messy plot. it's all over the place
- argument armament is fun but can be really frustrating
- pc controls are really werid?
- essentially a slap in the face to fans at the end
- mass panic debates are easy ? idk if theyre trying to make it diffcult

The characters are really enjoyable i love them. More than the other characters in the Danganronpa universe. I adore rebuttle showdowns. Theyre my favorite aspect of the trial along with Scrum Debates. The executions and murders are extremly brutal compared to the previous titles. This game does well with humor and Saihara is very reletable. Post-game is fantastic. There's alot of stuff to do if you wanna do more than just replay the story.

While this game is fun, i really dont think it's worth $60? Probably $40-50 at most. The plot is just really confusing and the end is pretty much saying that the last 2 games were a joke and none of the characters were real . The PC controls are really off. While having the muscle memory of playing on my keyboard from the last 2 games, this game throws all that out the window and presents you with new key bindings you cant even change. Yay. I resorted to using my Xbox 360 controller becuase i couldnt work with the keyboard controls (yes an Xbox 360 controller works just fine). And i have never done an argument armament without missing mutiple times and while i like the idea, i much perfer the Panic Talk Action.

I love this game in terms of characters and class trials but i didnt like the story much esp the ending. I feel like Goodbye Despair had a much better story compared to this one. If you really like Danganronpa, the ending might be a disappointment to you if youre dedicated, if not but you played the other two titles, go ahead.

I personally love this game but each to it's own. I'd say though, buy it while it's on sale. Trust me. You'll be left depressed and sad i can tell you that much. For sure. C:

If there was a mixed choice, I would choose it.

This game isnt particularly bad, but it also isn't the greatest game ever.

Like most people would say, this game should have been made a DLC. It seems too short and a waste of money. I only paid $24 + a free Shock Drop Slaughter Pit (cuz I bought the retail ver). This game isn't worth the full price. If you really want this game, buy it during the Steam sales or the retail ver.

The story of this game is how Jack rose to power and you help him get to the vault and essentially save Pandora and Elpis. Everything in this game is pretty much like BL2 besides the added cryo element, laser guns & slam damage. The character classes aren't all that great. DLC characters Doppelganger Jack and Lady Hammerlock seem to be better choices. And don't count on new legendaries in this game. They're a direct copy of BL2 legendaries and only a few new ones are added. If you buy the Claptastic Voyage DLC, you get access to Glitch weapons. Which are kinda cool but not really special. The humour in this game is dry, the missions mostly require you to run back in fourth to point A to point B. Oh and in order to get Vault Hunter Pack up to level 60 (max), you need to buy both packs seperately. The Holodom is worthless, I didn't buy it but you could just watch the playthroughs on YouTube and the only reason that it worth buying is the dialouge between Axton, Athena and Gaige. Shock Drop is completely worthless, its just another set of slaughter rounds. The game gets boring very quickly becuase of the lack of missions.

Its an okay game for people who've played BL2, but if you're just starting out, you're not gonna understand anything the characters will be talking about.

/long review, sorry! >_<

Having completed this game about a total of 12 times ; 4 characters with each mode completed, I'd diff have to say yes I certainly reccomend this game.

This game has all the humor, character creativety and soooooo much loooooooot. If you enjoy any of those, then this is the perfect game for you. If you really enjoy this game you should purchase the DLC for it esp. Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2 to enjoy this game to the fullest.
