You hunt big hungry monsters, what else do you want? A story driven game? HAH!
Seriously, the story is an excuse to hunt big bad monsters and you don´t need anything else, it super fun, there´s plenty of variety of weapons to choose and monster to hunt, sets to build and the multiplayer is stellar, be it with randoms or friends, it is quite an experience and you should jump into it. Music is pretty good.

The amount of content is good and it will be insane once the Expansion hits on. 10/10

The game is an instant classic, with a killer story, well written characters and extremely fun gameplay. I highly recommend starting from ME1 and build up towards ME3, you will be delighted
