Been playing on the hardest difficulty, I like it. Some games don't do difficulty correctly, this one does. Enemies are just hard enough to make you want to go back and upgrade your gear or do stuff you missed to get a couple of extra levels. There are plenty of ways to make yourself stronger and without much tedium to it.

The game is very pretty, and the combat is good. There are plenty of dialogue options to make the experience feel unique. It gives off some Fall Out New Vegas vibes, and that's what I was looking for out of Obsidian.

There is ONE really bad Fatal Error crash during crafting, it is mitigated by saving before you craft. Be warned.
