interesting RTS/4X hybrid with Dune flavor. Not 100% canonical, but good enough. Excited to see how they flesh it out.

They broke the skirmish AI to the point that it auto-retreats at a specific threshold, on any difficulty, for every unit type regardless of the situation it is in. The game was actually enjoyable to play vs. AI before this, now it's an exercise in maximizing your APM harder than SC2 just to beat an Easy AI because you will have to fight like 10 infantry squads at half health.

Couldn't tell you how the new faction plays because the gameplay style in skirmish is exactly the same for all factions because of the AI.

First game ever, just trying to survive, suddenly everyone on the ship just starts vomiting profusely in a chain and we're all dying.

Fourth game in, team is attacked by wolves en masse on day of the bilzzard. I befriended another player by giving him an antidote when he was starting to die. He leaves the ship to try and save us all but is immediately ruined by zombies.

GG will keep dying in the arctic to wolves and crazed diaper zombies
