The game itself is a masterpiece play it 10 hours a day. One can only recommend it.

It's just too insecure for me to put money into a game where you know that the in-game support bans people who have completely adhered to the EULA and terms and conditions. And call everyone a cheater who gambles honestly. So the majority of the community. Every single one who currently gambles.

Even objections, evidence of complete innocence will be ignored. Then you don't get a normal support answer since day one. Car news only. Reasons and evidence are denied by support and do not state why you have been banned.
I mean how can you be human. When you punish people who follow the rules and gamble normally. They should rather go ahead with the scum of cheaters. Both sides, whether cheaters and the in-game support team, destroy the game and the user's trust.

I've been trying for 9 weeks to finally accept the truth and assure me that there will be no further bans that are unjustified. You couldn't even say that.
I've been playing for 11 weeks and 2 Accs for 5 weeks. Just like the first acc that is banned. The 1 Acc and 2 Acc were gambled at the same time. You won't find anything on the 2 Acc and you'll find something on the 1? it's funny. Then after 4 weeks I only get 1 info about the support from Facebook that I allegedly used a 3 program but you don't give any more information. After 8 weeks it is suddenly claimed that other players were there and cannot provide any information. The only funny thing is that my entire guild is still actively playing with their chars since day 1. so it's very strange. because I don't actually do anything with rnds.
To this day I don't know when, where and what happened.
I just hope it doesn't hit anyone else of you. because it can happen to anyone.
And I know few care. until they get the permaban themselves. what a pity.

I would support everyone and show the support that it doesn't work if people who stick to the terms and conditions are banned for it.

They should only ban the cheaters who really did it. there are enough who can still actively gamble.

I hope the support will soon be a bit more human and have no bad intentions. Yes, I still partly believe the good in people and that one day the truth will come to light and the apology will come that they treated me like garbage and that the insight will come that they made a mistake with the ban.

sry for cutting out this long text. but am very disappointed. my 1 acc has normal values ​​and is in the middle of the rankings except for pvp which i only played twice with 1 win and 1 defeat. I don't care about sit de acc either because the 2 weeks where he can, you can do it in 1.5 weeks and even have a better character. you can also delete this acc from me, just want to have the apology and the assurance that you don't keep the sihc banned from the terms and conditions. but even then they go away instead of saying.. they will not ban any further accs in the future who have honestly gambled and adhere to the terms and conditions. why can't they?
would not be the support. I would highly recommend the gam with money to invest. I would say so. if it gambles max f2p, then the anger is less there if it is unjustly banned forever.
Rather put the money into other companies. like blizzard ubisoft ea riot, small developer studios, amazan etc. I've never been banned in another game since 2009 where I actively play gmaes online. first ban in my life, and never been treated so disrespectfully by a support team. even the request would have liked to have a personal correspondence is ignored. with my current main, it's down to them personally writing when bugs happen in the game. or players have misbehaved completely. I found the support good that it did a good job. only if you are innocently banned and can even prove it can't be, you will be treated like the last piece of garbage. I've collected enough evidence of my innocence and the behavior of the support team against me, where it's already my turn to sue this company, and yes it's possible, I'm already on my way with an international authority. Helps and protects the people who are wrongly treated on the basis of lies by the support team who have been unfairly banned. especially if your terms and conditions work even more against the support team. they just threw themselves in the knife and violated their own terms and conditions/eula
