It was fun while it lasted. This game DESPITE the devs was able to be fun for a while. Letting cheaters run rampant while banning community members.Horrible party system since the game launced. Not a single update included what people asked for. Not a single update had any kinds of balancing fixes or weapon updates. The community managed to keep this game going and kept it playable for a while. Now with the most recent update the map is the 3rd in a series of short and garbage maps. The servers are empty and lag. They removed being able to play with friends now team swapping you for being a higher level even if the other team is winning. Not to mention how horrible the party system has been for well over a year. You can not rejoin a game if you get disconnected and your friends are still in a lobby. You struggle to party everyone together without some kind of issue coming up first. By the time you do get into a game you end up getting split up now and unable to play on the same team without getting balanced to the enemy team. And then when you finally sit and wait to get on the same team someone gets disconnected. Rinse and repeat.

A year ago get this game. Now not only should you avoid this game but you should avoid anything that torn banner ever touches in the future.

Fix the standoffs. For some reason they don't detect input for standoffs over 50% of the time and it is ridiculous. If it gets fixed it's worth good review but for now this isn't worth even trying to play.

This game is terrible. There is no way to get into it easily. Every. Single. Thing. Is trying to kill you. The story seemed so interesting yet it is impossible to follow or get into after you spend an hour and a half trying to avoid the countless enemies on your way to the first town. I have 1.7 hours at the time of writing this and legitimately less than 30 minutes (including cutscenes) was spent actually playing the game and not running from or barely surviving an encounter with an enemy, or enemies rather because it will be a hoard of one thing chasing you only to run into something else. This is not meant to be played from level one and there is nothing done to ease you into it. Go ahead and say "oh you just have to be good at the game" I understand it is based off of older RPG games and it is meant to be difficult, but when I cant even make it to the first city because of cave trolls, half a dozen skeletons, and endless packs of wolves and spiders ON THE MAIN ROAD INTO CIVILIZATION, at least set them off of the road, outside of dungeons, etc. Im trying to get to the town to start a quest to get levels to come back and kill these things, however there is no physical way to get past them to begin with. It not only ruins gameplay but ruins any chance of wanting to give the game a shot for its story.

Theres a reason there arent many WW1 games. This game unfortunately shows exactly why

Actually the greatest game ever created.

PTSD Sim 2017 1968. A hundred times better just yelling into voice comms like a complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with the most stereotypical accents possible (soon to be including an Australian accent). Similar but not identical to the original RO/RS games. Loads of fun especially with a few friends and playing it almost as an FPS RPG.

Wait for the game to come out. As it stands its a barebones game, which is understandable, but not worth buying in Early Access, at least not yet. Weapons and AI detection are both SUPER messy, and considering those are two of the biggest aspects of this game it just doesnt work. Has potential but until then its not great.

Funny short game for free. Nothing to do with a heist though (it explains why in the game). A bit disappointing, but in the end its free so you dont actually lose anything
