Hey, I read the problems you had with the fix, turns out it's no longer valid since it's patched out now. My gpu runs the game at 100 again now too. So sadly we just have to wait for the developers to fix it. I heard some people have luck locking the game to 60fps with capture devices though, and apologies for posting here, I deleted the guide as I didn't want people to get confused.

Dear Richie-UK-1911, thx for your bug report for my AA3 mission BlackHole. I have made change and it should fix the problem. I don't know whether it is ok because original version is ok for my PC. So if you can, I want to invite you to test the BlackHole again, THX
