I always hated the fishing the mechanics in games like Stardew Valley, where you have to chase the fish to reel it in. Or the quick reaction catch in Animal Crossing. But here it's a button mashing mechanic, which I much prefer. There's even accessibility options if you don't want to button mash and just reel in the fish.

It took me a while to get the hang of things with the rhythm, but once you get into the groove it becomes such a fun ride. However, my only criticism is the accessibility choices. Some people have said that you don't NEED to have a good sense of rhythm to play the game, but the game punishes the player really hard if they go off-beat, even with the "Forgiving timing option" turned on.

There are some moments in the story where the cutscenes bug out or seem awkwardly edited, but that's just some nitpicks.

Obviously the most important aspects to talk about is the music. I bought the game because it has Invaders Must Die, but even the non-copyrighted soundtrack is just as good as the licensed songs, some I find even better.

Overall, Hi-Fi Rush is a great Rhythm Action Beat 'em game with an amazing soundtrack to boot, if you can ignore some awkward moments here and there.

For completely new players to traditional 2D fighting games, this is the perfect chance to get into them. The game offers many accessibility options from experienced fighters to people who have never touched a fighting game before. Even tons of single-player content with the World Tour mode, an excellent time sink for fighting game casuals that just wanna chill.

I was hoping for more character customization, but no, your avatar gets barely any design and gameplay options.

It's Gang Beasts, but cuter, more polished and more fun.

An Overcooked-like game with rogue-lite elements.
- Fun with friends and even solo.
- Difficulty scales based on how many players.
- Getting lucky and setting up an automated system is satisfying.
- Only issue is the delay for guest players, nothing major, but noticeable.

Buy this game, so more Chinese companies are encouraged to make more games like this, instead of microtranscation-heavy mobile games

Early Access Review
Quick & Snappy. (Pun Intended).

Marvel Snap is an easy to pick up and play card game that's great for people new to the genre. Along with the Marvel flair, the game eases players into how the game works and shows how fast games can be. I could go on about how much I play it on the phone, but this is the PC review. Obviously the game is not designed around PC, but I don't mind shifting the window to the side while I play the game and watch a stream or something at the same time.

If you're a Marvel fan, you can enjoy lots of mainstream and even a couple of obscure characters, each with their own variants.
If you're a Card Game fan, the game offers a simple yet deep strategic game of mind games.

Typically I hate battle royale games, but oddly enough Apex Legends is the one I keep coming back to every day.

What I like about the game is the movement, no other battle royale game nails what Apex does in terms of movement. Sliding, zip-lining, even something simple as climbing is both snappy and fluid. The gun play took me a while to get used to when I first played the game back in season 0, I'm still trash at it, but you get used to it.

Personally, The only major downside is that skins are very pricey, it is still EA after all. Sure there can be complaints about balance and ranked being broken, but it wasn't that bad that it made me want to stop playing.

I feel like a lot of the anti-furries blindly downvote the werewolves in this game, just because the designs of the werewolves are too furry-like.

Personally I think their designs aren't bad, not amazing, but still good enough and a huge improvement to the Sims 3 werewolves.

Gameplay wise, at first the werewolves are gonna be a huge hassle, but it does add this RPG-like mechanic and gameplay loop to it. Eventually the further werewolves "Levels up" it gets easier to control and gets some fun abilities.

I still want to play more and see more possibilities the werewolves can do, so right now I'll recommend this game pack for all the furries and werewolf lovers out there.
