It's fun, especially if your squad is somewhat competent, and there is funny people in matches.

MAJOR BUG STILL UNFIXED:

Randomly being disconnected from servers is still an issue and makes you VERY mad when you are going ham as a tank crew only to be kicked out in the middle of a fight leaving your team to die, devs plz fix.

Charging 50 dollars with stuff like that still happening is a little much so be warned.

So far been having a blast, even if you don't have a bunch of friends to play with, most of the players you get paired with are decent teammates. It has a nice simple feel. So far I am loving it. There are a few problems with stutter at the moment but the devs have already addressed this so I am not worried, they seem like they actually care about what they made. Definitely a buy especially if you have a few m8s.

I have about 80 to 100 hours outside of steam as I just recently linked my steam account to my ED account. I have the base game and it is going to stay that way. I want to like this game, but at times it still feels incomplete. I took a 4 year break only to come back and see they removed Galnet and are doing away with community goals, pretty good little pieces of the game. I asked about it in a dev post on steam and they removed my post and marked me as a spammer which lead me getting a warning message from steam. Maybe they bit off more than they could chew when setting out to make this game, or they just don't have the passion for it anymore. I would strongly consider you buy the base game first with no DLCs. See how you like it that way first, if you don't like it, don't bother buying anything else. (I also paid 60 dollars during its initial release only to now have to buy the DLC which comes standard for a 60 dollar purchase, but that was on me for buying the game so early.)

Idk what is wrong but it actually doesn't run...at all......


Edit: WARNING, this does not work properly on Windows 10, you have to run it in compatibility mode (I run it using windows 8 compat. and it ends up working) If you are looking to play online, your ping needs to be atleast 60 or below, or there will be noticeable delay on hits. ALSO, I had the game for free but it wasn't working so I bought it, only to find out it was the compatibility mode issue (I thought maybe I had to buy it because it cost money now) Turns out that was not the case and I could have played it for free this whole time but steam wouldn't refund because it was using my free to play hours when I went to refund. Overall some things here are kind of falling apart and it's really fun if you enjoyed Quake, I won't lie though and say its amazing though. A good game from a different era.

To tea bag, or not to tea bag, this is the real question.

Not gonna lie it is kind of buggy for me, UI messes up, I sometimes get this weird bug where the game drops to 4 FPS and I gotta restart the game. But overall its got that classic halo 3 vibe bruh. Team killers and all. Ramming a ghost into a warthog of 3 players and suiciding and saving the team. All those epic moments. Definitely worth 10 bucks.

AGAIN ONLY WORTH 10 DOLLARS, I would not spend anything over that like, buying the whole collection, I personally think a lot of this is too buggy, which is good on them to not charge full price, so just be prepared.

A classic, some of the tightest most feel good shooting in an online fps. Think somewhere between halo and cod. Overall tons of fun, managed to find a match of 14 people today in infected before ending it off with a team deathmatch, it was just like the old days. I don't know why you wouldn't buy it ITS SOOO CHEAP BRO JUST GET IT. (just buying the four pack is enough to have fun if you have 4 people playing it together, you are bound to get one or two stragglers to join in too.)

Not a microtransaction in sight...just good ol gaming. No joke, no one may care but I have searched for this game ever since I played it when I was around 5 years old. I have searched for this game every now and then for the past 14 years, no clue how I never found it (I forgot the name and could only think of what I now see is the starting mission) But today I happened to click on this on the front page of steam and I immediately bought it. I think that just shows how unique it's art style was for its time to stick in my mind for so long. Upon playing I quickly saw that it was the first mission that I remembered so vividly for all these years(goes to show I probably never passed the first mission all those years ago) The story is a cheesy classic spy story but its pretty decent fun. Pretty nice for it's price if you are looking for just a good classic singleplayer story, as that is becoming more and more rare. I also just found out they are remaking this in 2021 so that is gonna be cool. Would search 14 years again just to play it's cheesiness.

Really cool how much they still support this game. While I don't have many hours on steam I have a bit on Xbox and can confirm WORTH IT!

On sale this is definitely worth it. The dirtbikes feel amazing on dirt roads, decent gun play, no bullet sponges. It's even better with friends. One downside is the AI at times. Enemies can sometimes see you miles away in zero light situations. Overall decent story. worth a buy, again on sale for sure.
