I WASN'T expecting the way this story comes to a close. Great game, well worth the $20 and more than 15 hours of a first playthrough. This game has some very interesting mechanics, a great art style, and memorable characters, I had NO CHOICE but to ruin my sleep schedule to finish it. Not a game I'd recommend if you get addicted easily XD.

Things that make this game great:
-Atmosphere
Almost nowhere in the game was I not taken back by the colorful and happy environments. This in part is due to the game's setting, in which there are no limitations to what you can accomplish
-Story Telling
This game partakes upon a long and very eventful story that can be summarized as saving your friend Basil. This game introduces many characters that help to advanced the plot and keep things fresh, and prevent the story from getting stale. Not to mention, the characters themselves have a large level of depth to them that most AAA games can't seem to capture.
-Mechanics
The combat system is your standard RPG wall of text with an added twist. If you get damaged in battle, you can spend points to unleash and use different attacks. You can also use mood to affect different creatures, and affect your party as well. Mood can help influence a battle for better or for worse.
-Soundtrack
All I can ask is that the Devs release the full ost! I'm dying to listen to some songs again! Music is used in all the right ways to enhance the story, and increase the tension.
-Humor
This game has a certain charm to it, and comedy in the right places to make the highs of the game really stand out, or to break up the tension when it's needed most.

Cons:
-Movement
The movement was a bit clunky, and ended up getting me into a few fights I could've avoided. Not to mention, the interface could use some work as well. On multiple occasions I found myself accidentally restarting dialogue because I was clicking "z" too fast. Also, on that note...
-Controls
The control layout was a bit clunky, especially when interacting with the photo album, and "tagging" characters. The game also doesn't follow the traditional "WASD" movement, and instead uses Arrow keys with Z, X, A, Q, W and Shift as your action keys. The controls were the most difficult action for me to overcome
-Level Design
Some levels were somewhat stretched out. Some hallways were big, for the reason of being large and lengthy. There were times where the game expects that you know how to interact <<Certain Objects>>, without hinting at the player that this was the only way to progress (I'm omitting the objects to keep this review as spoiler free as possible)
-Puns
They weren't that bad, they're just too punny for me (Get it?.. no.. I digress)

Overall, this game is one of my favorites, and I can't wait to play through all of the levels, and quests that I missed. I'll have to come back and play this game again, and I highly recommend that you purchase this game, as it is well worth $20. Good job to OMO Cat for making such a great game

You can't turn off summon animations. Blue eyes or Dark magician decks are worthless

I knew going into this that I would probably get addicted to this game. It reminds me of a time back in middle school looking up Banned from Equestria, and in some ways steals from that plot a bit :p

Overall, I'm more impressed with the ability of this game to hook me not only with the plot, but with the amazing art! Well done!

Simulator Battles are very fun. Other than that, I wouldn't play Arcade or Realistic if you are looking to play with a full flight setup as mouse + keyboard are just far too superior

Squad is a fun military simulation game that can take itself very seriously. I have played plenty of exciting and thrilling matches. The only downside is that one game may take up to two hours to fully see itself through. I'd recommend this game only to the most serious of players, as people who have never played a milsim game will be very outmatched.

If you're not trying to find hacking tools after playing this game, then you've obviously not played enough of it. Just waiting for Multiplayer :D
