Honestly, best racing sim on the planet. Get a 75 dollar thrustmaster ferrari wheel for pc/ps3 from bestbuy, it's SO worth it. I could get stoned and crash cars on this game for hours and hours on end, the crash physics are so incredibly realistic, major props to the developer team at beamng.

Kind of hard to learn, but fun once you do so. It's almost impossible to play sandbox without playing career mode tutorials first.
