RaceRoom Racing Experience

As of the time of writing this review, I have only played .9 hours so my knowledge on the whole game is not pitch perfect.

HOWEVER,

I believe that this game is a good competitor to iRacing. NOW BEFORE YOU GET ALL UPSET, let me explain why.

Here's a little table showing some pros and cons.
Pros
Cons
There is no upfront cost. This means that you can play the game a bit before deciding to invest money in it. This is helpful for somebody like me just dipping their toes into simulation racing
The tracks aren't laser scanned, this means you wont feel every little crack in the road in your force feedback setup.
The individual cars and tracks seem to be a bit cheaper than in iRacing(correct me if I'm wrong
There aren't nearly as many cars as in iRacing. They are missing entire manufacturers such as ferrari, which is disappointing for me being a ferrari fan.
The game has a lot of assists including a racing line and full brake control that can help you ease into the game a better than iRacing.
The amount of cars initially available to you is fairly good to try out, covering multiple disciplines before you decide to sink money into it.
These are just a few that I noticed in my little amount of playing so far. All in all, I believe that for being a free game, its pretty good. I wouldnt call it better than iRacing as I feel iRacing is more established, however this game is a good competitor with it. Thanks to the studio for making a free game to try before you buy
