How this game was made on a budget of $43,833 baffles me, it has some awful voicework and overall terrible execution in just about every aspect. It's a full blown scam full price since it barely even takes 2 hours to complete, the ending is rushed but the story is very boring so not that important. There are thousands of better indie horror games out there for a fraction of the price.

TL;DR
Save some money and buy literally any other indie horror game.

My Thoughts

Borderlands although a fun experience for you and up to three of your friends is not a game I'd recommend you playing unless you are already a big fan of the franchise. It doesn't bear too many similarities to the other entries outside of the artstyle and returning cast of characters.
Being someone who got into the franchise through Tales from the Borderlands I still had a lot of fun playing this game, I just finished my second playthrough as I'm writing this. (First playthrough was with friends and the second one was solo).

In a lot more ways than one this game has aged poorly, but most people are able to see past that and appreciate it for being a product of it's kind but I will still critique it for those reasons throughout some of my points.

The Main Game
The main story sees you playing as one of four Vault Hunters, which you get to pick through a very cool interactive character selection screen. They all have mostly basic personalities and some cosmetic options once you're in game. The Story itself is nothing to write home about most of the side characters and the antagonist are as boring as they come, but every now and again you find an interesting character only for them to do nothing but give you 2-3 side quest throughout the whole game.
The storytelling is lacking but the worldbuilding makes up for it in some ways, it did manage to kickstart a very successful and recognizable franchise after all.
The progression was fine in my opinion but if you don't like grinding side quests to be able to progress this is NOT the game for you!
At the end of the main campaign I felt satisfied and eager to check out the DLC stories because they were a lot of fun in the Sequel!

The Zombie Island of Doctor Ned
Gameplay overall for this DLC was frustrating for the most part, tons of zombies would flood you on every map and they'd spit and slash at you which both slow you down to a halt which made traversal between the maps incredibly annoying, there are some fun refrences to things like Scooby Doo and Left 4 Dead but outside of the chuckles they gave me I didn't enjoy it much.

Mad Moxxi's Underdome Roit
Very fun although I've never finished it as it is quite the time investment having to play through several maps of fighting hordes for about 20-30 minutes each and dying setting you back a lot. Love Moxxi though I'd let her do unholy things to me. But if you love the general gunplay of this game you're gonna have a great time. (I intend in 100% the game just wanted to leave a review first and I'll edit if I get any new thoughts later).

The Secret Armory of Generall Knoxx
This DLC tries some new things to spice up the gameplay loop and focuses a lot of vehicles, it starts off really well but after a while if you want to do side quest the game sends you on very long back and forth fetch quests which gets very annoying as there is no fast travel within the DLCs, final boss is really funny though so I forgive it a little bit.
Although what itches me the wrong way every time I play it is the side character Shank and his "I'm not gay though" schtick, it's a joke of it's time but it feels insensitive even for it's time.
I hate that this DLC started a trend of Side Quests where you need to collect a lot of stuff.

Claptrap's New Robot Revolution
So far my favorite DLC adventure of this game, it doesn't try anything new and exiting on the gameplay but sticks to what the game does well, which is looting and shooting. Overall very fun and enjoyable and doesn't outstay it's welcome but it shares one flaw with the previously mentioned DLC that there is a quest that requires you to collect a boatload of stuff.

Final Notes/ TL;DR
Game is janky and old prone to mostly having harmless bugs as the game only crashed a handful of times in total throughout both of my playthroughs combined.
Best experience would be to get three friends to play this with when it's on deep sale and play through the main story together, and if you had fun you can check out the DLCs in the order I listed in my review.

Not only my favorite VR game of 2020, but also my favorite game overall this year.

Got the game free with my Valve Index and it's honestly the best way to play it, I had such a good time exploring one of my favorite game worlds in Immersive VR I forgot how to walk up stairs when I got to work!
The story does an amazing job of adding to what's already established and manages to blow minds at the end (I did end up crying haha).
The game also has mod support and you can use the workshop to download loads of crazy campaigns and reskins :D
Definitely worth buying if your a big Half-Life and/or VR fan!
An easy 10/10 VR Game

♥♥♥♥ THIS GAME
I bought the deluxe edition 6 months ago hoping to be able to play with a friend via the Buddy Pass...

**SPOILER ALERT**
It doesn't work, and we went through the trouble of making a bethesda.net account each, since that is a requirement, contacted support and they were to no help. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hope to god that I get the refund granted...

Don't buy it for the Buddypass

Early Access Review
This is by far the best and most realistic zombie survival game on this platform, I spent two hours switching out parts of my car with better car parts of other cars.

I LOVE IT!!!

9/10
Base game doesn't have NPC survivors but mods from the workshop fix that!

This game is a real treat for those who own a VR headset and want a small piece of Psychonauts fun while waiting for the sequel, even tho it is made in a more primitive style of VR the game utilizes this to it's maximum potential. Creating an incredibly fun, linear, Psychonauts point and click adventure!

It's short and sweet!

Can't say much, it's an absolute masterpiece for me. Can't believe it took me so long to play it, and Meat Circus isn't as hard as people say.

Edit: I have now finished my second playthrough where my main objective was to get 100% and witness everything, just need to wait until Christmas for the final achievement. But seeing everything has made me love this game so much more, I NEED A REASON TO PLAY THROUGH IT AGAIN!!!

Final Score:
100/10

David vs Goliath the Game

Absolutely fabulous progression system, love the story, love the characters(altough they have a tendency to be quite cringe), love every minute of gameplay. I have only one complaint...

♥♥♥♥ Nergigante!

This game was my childhood and I completely forgot about it, until recently when it resurfaced through the format of the E3 Trailer for BGE2, and man I'm still so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hyped for it. When I first bought the game something felt familiar and I still wasn't sure if I had played it before but after the first 30 minutes when I came to Mammagos was when I truly realized I was playing one of my childhood favorites.

This game is still a masterpeice in my opinion, might be that I like it more beacause I'm familiar with it. And since the 2012 patch for slightly better graphics and general polish of the game really improves the experience. And I will of course build my review off the current version not the old one, so to begin I will say that the story is remarkable and cover alot of dark themes for it's low age rating and the pacing of the story is also really god and never felt too slow.

The gameplay is really good but I had some trouble working the controls at the start of the game but got used to it after a while. Every peice of the gameplay feels incredibly polished and I can only guess how much work went into it, the combat can sometimes feel a bit too easy but it is still fun. All the sideobjectives and such are all fun to go through nothing feels out of place, the gameplay is great.

And lastly the Characters, to not drag out the review too much I will just say that the voiceacting is abseloutely astonishing and I adore all the characters because of the amount of work that went into the design and voicing of all the characters which make them all unique and lovable.

Overall rating:
Story: Amazing
Gameplay: Great
Characters: Astonishing

As a final verdict I will give this game a:
9/10

One of (if not) the most fun explosion sim ever. The basic Idea behind this game is that go around causing terror to the military who has taken over the homeland of main character "Rico Rodrigez" sounds boring, right?
The answer is no, it's incredibly enough not boring at all. Altough the story and characters are abit bland the explosions and gameplay is pretty good.

If you see this game when it's on sale, I highly suggest that you buy it and you won't regret it.

Finishing note: I'll say that this game can be alot of fun plus the Multiplayer mod is out so it's fun with friends
I'll give this game 7.5/10
