A perfect respin of the original.

Well I came back to revise my review for Season 2. No monetization changes. They updated the game and somehow made the core gameplay feel worse with the melee and explosion nerfs. They took away fun from the single player community from my understanding (don't own campaign). They put in effort that could've been place into adding features native to every other halo game into removing fun.

I will change this review if the predatory nature of monetization changes for this game. The gameplay is solid but progression feels like a 2nd job.

Overall good experience. not quite Fallout, not quite Borderlands. Good filler till Cyberpunk

This has amazing potential going forward. The only hope is a major end game once everything gets unlocked.

The best early access game I've played.

If you enjoy a metroidvania with lore and style similar to Darksouls this is it.

I bought it when it came out and think about it constantly. The gameplay is lacking but the narrative is fantastic.
